Sadly, I do not recommend. I made an order once and they couldn't fulfill it. Ok, that was handled well.
The second time, I was approached to buy a leather bag (I emphasized genuine leather) at a discount. I agreed and they sent me a "microfiber" leather bag (thankfully it was noted on the manifest). I refused the delivery as suggested by AMEX. They try to play you and send products that you did not order.

I do not recommend making a purchase from Daniel Diyepriye! I placed an order 11/12/2023 and received an email confirmation. On 12/12/2023 I received an email apologizing for the delay and promising that the handbag I purchased would be shipped that week. I never received a tracking number nor has anyone from the company responded to my inquiries. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. Buyer beware!

I placed an order for a handbag on December 15. It has been over a month and I have not received my order. I attempted to email the company to inquire about my order, but their email does not work. I later DM’d them on Instagram and received a response, saying that my item should’ve been shipped, and that someone would look into it. Since then, I have sent several inquiries regarding the shipment status and have yet to receive a response. I am beginning feel as if I’ve been scammed. I’ve paid over $300 for a handbag that I will probably never get.

Stay Clear!!!
When you try to support black businesses and they do nothing but make it hard for you. December 18th 2023 ordered a Daniel Diyepriye bag in the Black Friday sale, that should have been delivered by 27th December but nothing. Fast forward to January 2nd where life has gone back to normal I message them for an update and nothing, I try again January 5th and still nothing!!!
How can a company be comfortable taking your money - a decent amount at that and not handing over the goods you paid for then ignoring your messages, not answering the phone or having some bogus email on the website that doesn’t work???
I’ll tell you something for free Gucci would NEVER, Louis Vuitton would NEVER, but yet a black business like Daniel Diyepriye would but yet they have the audacity to call themselves a luxury brand.
To date all my efforts have gone unnoticed so I’ve had to get my bank involved for a refund. Unfortunately, I’m tired of dealing with poor service from black businesses and giving them chance after chance to redeem themselves, so I’ll be sticking to real luxury brands that know how to treat their customers.

My two bags came through, Tobi backpack and bumbag and I was actually surprised at the quality. I love my Louis Vitton gear but I feel like this is just as good.
Plus it’s black owned!!!
Unreceived return payment
In Dec 21 I ordered from this company due to it being an upcoming black owned designer, I purchased a handbag however the item was no longer required; I contacted the customer service team a day after I received the item and they sent me a returns label. I returned the item and after tracking the item I am aware it was returned and received successfully on 12/01/22. Once the item was returned the company did not send a confirmation email or any update on the status of my refund, it has been 30+ days since the item was returned and received, due to this I have sent multiple emails requesting an update which have all being ignored. I went online to the instagram account and sent a direct message which has also been ignored, I have seen a few comments on their photos from other unhappy customers and instead of dealing with the enquiries the company have removed the option for comments to be left on their posts. I am very upset and disappointed from the poor customer service and the fact I have not received my refund which has now left me with a £300 loss during a financial strain. I would advise people to avoid purchasing from this company as you will not receive your refund payments and I am aware of other customers who have paid for the item and the product has never been received.
UPDATE (25/03/22): After months of chasing up the company on instagram, email and locating a whatsapp number; constantly on a weekly basis. I have finally had confirmation of my return payment. I would advise all proof of purchase and return to be stored encase others suffer the same thing I have, also do not give up and bombard them until the item/payment is recieved.
