Daniel Larson Training provides online Florida real estate education for aspiring agents, licensed sales associates, and brokers. Our courses cover sales associate licensing, broker licensing, post-licensing, continuing education, and state exam preparation. Required education courses are approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). The school is led by Daniel Larson, a Florida real estate broker, instructor, author, and publisher with more than 20 years of experience in real estate education. Daniel creates the course materials and works directly with students, answering questions about coursework, exam preparation, and the steps involved in getting or renewing a license. Our FastPass licensing options combine the required education with a flexible course-certification path and focused exam preparation. Students can begin the FastPass exams when they are ready and use the full course, practice questions, explanations, audio, video, and study materials to build their understanding. After completing their course certification, licensing students take the separate Florida state exam. Courses are self-paced and available online, allowing students to fit their education around work, family, and other commitments. We also offer post-licensing and continuing education for Florida real estate professionals working toward their renewal requirements. Our focus is straightforward: clear instruction, practical preparation, flexible learning, and personal support from the instructor behind the school.

Highly recommend!
What a great course to navigate and learn. I spent 32 years in the pharmaceutical industry and we had to take and go through so many courses. I want to say Daniel course was the best I have ever been through. He made it so easy to learn the material through the written version then the video. I was prepared for the test but felt confident about what I had learned.
Thank You Daniel!

Daniel Larson’s school is absolutely…
Daniel Larson’s school is absolutely the best! His method of teaching, explaining, thorough examples to assist his students to understand this industry is outstanding. I always recommend him to individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate or for continuing education. Currently I’m enrolled to upgrade my sales associate status to broker status and I’m confident I’ll pass on my first try with the exam. Thank you Daniel!

The online training was perfect for me…
The online training was perfect for me because I didn't have large blocks of time to take the course all at once. I could do a little bit at a time during my lunch breaks when I had time.
The content was packed with information and it was helpful to have both the recorded version to listen to, as well as the written version to follow along.
I passed easily and I learned a lot.
