If I could give no stars I would. This is a scam company. They charged £50 for shoes whilst the shoes did arrive they didn’t look anything like what I had ordered. What I was received was not worth £50, not even £10. Tried to get refund and was ignored. Can’t give them away as they’re awful. Avoid at all costs

This is a scam DO NOT BUY. Items are very poor quality from China. Shoes are plastic and smelly and awful quality. There is no return label and if you ask to return the items, they say you need to pay extra for international shipping to China. If they agree on a refund they do no send it and stop replying.it is clearly deceiving people into "London closing shop" which has nothing to do with reality. It's a scam!!!

Total scam do not buy. Bought a pair of shoes for a wedding took three weeks to arrive and when they did they were cheap plastic poorly made not representative of the product on the website. They also had a chemical smell when the parcel was opened. Went straight in the bin !

Scam. Do not buy. I spent £100 on 3 items. Dress is v poor quality, shoes are labelled correct size but realistically 2 sizes down. All goods made in China,so they said to keep items and promised 40% refund. Its been 2 months and 'Sara' wont respond to any messages.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company, they took nearly two months to arrive! Nothing like the pictures, wrong sizes too!
I asked for a refund and return labels, was promised 40% refund and to keep the shoes. It’s been 2 months and I’m yet to receive a penny from them. And oh, they’ve stopped responding to my emails! It’s a scam company!

Scam - don’t touch this company!!!! They say they were delivered and they were not! Avoid avoid!

Scam. Not a real shop.
I got caught out. Purchased shoes. They arrived too big, very cheap and plastic looking and smelt like acetate. Contacted for a refund but said the website was clear that customer pays return delivery. However they could offer a 20% refund. I pointed out the website did not do this. That came back and said they would give 50%.
I’m still waiting for a refund!

Scam, awful shoes and also delivered to wrong address. They won’t give you a return label, quality is terrible and cheap

The whole shopping experience is a scam.
The quality of the shoes is cheap and nowhere near what's pictured.
If you want to return, they scam you into either accepting a 20% refund and keep the products, or return the stuff to a warehouse in China, no return label provided.
If you argue long enough, they offer a 50% refund but after 2 weeks, I've still not received it.

This company is a total scam site. They are trying to imitate another famous brand. The shoes (when they eventually arrive) are cheap, badly made not true to size.

If you try to send them back you have to ship to china- although do not fear they offer you a 20% refund and you can keep the shoes - hooray just what you want rubbish shoes that don't fit and poor quality.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. One wasn’t present in the parcel and 3 were defective. Under the consumer rights act they should have provided free postage for the return in exchange for a full refund but refused to do so. Had to go through my credit card it card company to acquire a refund. Awful quality. Also posing as a well known London brand.

DO NOT USE. When the shoes eventually arrived they were nothing like the picture. I requested a full refund and they advised I would need to pay for the return to their warehouse in China before my refund would be processed. Do not buy from them. I intend to report them to trading standards.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Despite the company name/info/website image leading you to believe this is a store in London, this is an operation in China. Ordered a pair of shoes that when (eventually) arrived did not AT ALL look like what I had ordered. I requested a full refund and they advised me I would need to pay for the return (back to China) myself. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
