Order hasn‘t arrived - payment was kept
Still haven‘t received my order from April 10th. Got notified on April 21st that my shipment was lost and a new one would be sent out on April 22nd. Haven‘t heard anything regarding that new shipment being on its way since then, though. My payment has of course been kept and a refund hasn‘t even been proposed. Very disappointing! Will have to figure out how to get my money back now.

I had a very, very bad shopping experience. First of all, the wrong item was shipped, then I wrote twice asking for a refund or exchange, and after 3 weeks I didn't receive any reply. Secondly, the quality of the packing is also very disappointing to me. Could you please send me the return address again?
