Ordered a 3m training lead, impressed with the quality and speed of delivery but decided it was a little bit too long. As they’re very local to me went to the store and they immediately exchanged and refunds the difference.

Great service, even for returns when the collar for our Cocker Spaniel was too big. There was no problem in getting the smaller size.

Proactive adjustable lead. Bought the collar to this sometime ago for my Sharpi American bulldog cross as it was padded and loved it. Due to clasp on my old lead I decided to buy the proactive adjustable lead. Love the fact it's light weight strong and padded makes it so much more comfy to use. And works brilliant with proactive collar. Love the fact too that it has reflective stripes in especially with darker nights coming. Reasonable price too.
