Beware…I have attempted to work with this company for nearly a year. They are unreliable in terms of both maid service and customer service. Most recently, I have had cleaners not show up three times in a row and when they finally show up they do a poor job, leave early and then the invoice is charged at DOUBLE the usual rate because they claim that it is near Christmas (it was 5 days before Christmas) and in any event there is nothing in contract to allow them to charge double. Emma at corporate is unreasonable and never lets the law stop her from making a buck. Unfortunately, because of these surprises I have had to cut all contracts with them. I can’t believe that they attempt to get away with charging over double the contracted rate. I have the Forever Clean contract (this is supposed to reduce your contract price by 50% but my cost nonetheless went up 100%. Confused? Of course you are because it’s not rooted in reality. They actually tried to backdate a contract
which is fraudulent. I have no problem with going to court and making appropriate administrative complaints against this company.

I prepaid for a cleaning a week in advance. The person (Tameka) accepted the assignment cancels the day of without notice then reschedule at her convenience without ANY notice and there is no customer service # to complain or request a refund. Terrible customer service and attitude. Terrible service!

Awful, could not schedule a cleaning date for weeks after buying a Groupon deal for cleaning. Then, when I had finally scheduled a date, the cleaner did not show up and there was no way to contact the maid service. Never again.

After getting a confirmation the day before, the cleaner never showed up. There was no contact number for the company. I could text the cleaner, but she (Alyssa) would not respond. There was a phone number for that text, but it always went to voicemail. Terrible experience, horrible company.

The maid charged me for 10 hours worth of work when she showed up two hours late and only work 5 hours. She didn’t clean the oven, ceiling fans, windows or cabinets, but I was drilled billed for all the extra add one. I can’t get a refund because they are “independent contractors.” Do not use this company!

This is the worst company ever. They book cleaners to come work independently but after my first appointment was a no-show they allowed the same thing to happen 3 more times. Shame on me for giving them so many chances but I had paid upfront for my cleaning and didn't want to lose the money. I'd now rather lose the money than deal with them again.
