VERY EXPENSIVE RETURN SHIPPING

I ordered some bows from their site which were not very nice upon arrival. They looked tiny and also not very nice quality. They made me give my credit card and pay $14 for a return label to send them back. I am sure they're also going to deduct the shipping cost of shipping the item to me. The bows barely weigh a pound so having to give my credit card to pay for the label directly and the fact that is was so expensive discouraged me from ever ordering from this company again.
