Customer service was actually 100% helpful and it was not hard to communicate. The quality of the dress surprised me because it's actually better than I expected. It doesn't feel cheap and it feels like I'll actually own this piece for years to come. I will definitely be purchasing again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are refusing to give me return address and instructions as website states. They keep suggesting I have clothes tailored, sell on my own or gift to a friend. Total scam! Back and forth emails for 2 weeks and they still won’t help. Making me jump through hoops taking pictures of items with tags on which I did and still nothing.

Made my first purchase with Dark In closet. Customer service is fast and very attentive. My tracking number wasn't working and they helped me out and even made sure to ask if the order arrived. Will definitely be back again :)

This is a scam shop, the measurments are all wrong. They don't have info on thier website about returning policy, just "we will give you address when you will decide to return the product". It's an "english shop" I thought, but they send clothes directly from China and there they want to return it for a very high amount of money. So most of the clients don't do it, so they are happy that they keep the money. For all dissatisfied people they say "sell it, trim it, I don't care". We posted one bad opinion because we were frustrated after thousands of copy paste e-mails, and they response that they won't do anything until we will delete it, which sounds like blackmailing and controlling all the opinions, what gives me a conclusion that this shop should have many more 1 star opinions.

I was a little concerned how the quality of these clothes would be, especially because they are more on the expensive side when compared to sites like Dolls Kill, but after watching a YouTube review of Dark in Closet I decided to purchase and I am very impressed with the quality. The brand Devil Fashion especially, good thick materials and details as well. Overall I’m very pleased and shipping was great as well, messages about when the order shipped and I was able to sign up for text updates. Honestly a better experience than shopping at Dolls Kill and better communication

I ordered three shirts and they arrived in about a week from mainland China to the USA. It seems as though DIC is well connected to the manufacturers as they have all sizes in most items. Just a tad pricey but what's a few extra bucks to look as badass as these clothes do!!

Decently priced and high-quality item. I bought a "devil fashion black and red gothic dark vampire queen style jacket for women" for a Halloween costume and recently purchased a "punk rave black gothic punk sexy daily wear A-line short dress." Both items were high-quality. The size chart provided was very useful. The dress was very beautiful and I received lots of compliments at my family's wedding. There are many things on my wishlist, but I wish they were in my size. I cannot wait to buy more items from Darkin Closet.
