I ordered the most beautiful dress! When it turned out that the corset that I wanted was not in stock, the company emailed me directly and asked me to choose a new one, and gave me options that looks similar. When I did not see the email, they even texted me to say “hey ! We sent you an email and didn’t get a response !” so communicative, so nice, so helpful!

the dress i ordered is the most beautiful dress i’ve ever seen in my life, so i’m extremely happy with my purchase:) it all fits, and it’s exactly how it looked on the page. i ordered with priority shipping and it arrived within a week, so i’m very happy about that!!! i would def recommend this vendor to everybody as i had a great experience.

My experience was wonderful, and their customer service was amazing. An item I had ordered was out of stock, and they contacted me immediately and allowed me to substitute another item at no additional cost! The clothing itself, one top by Devil Fashion and three blouses by Eva Lady, is well made and absolutely beautiful! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for really lovely gothic clothing. While it can be expensive, there are plenty of sale items with very reasonable pricing! I will certainly be purchasing from Dark in Closet again in the future.

The dress I received was falling apart at the seams. Since I sew and don't have time to try and return it I'm just going to fix it myself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but then the company contacted me offering me a 5 dollar coupon if I left a 5-star review. That's really shady in my opinion, so I figured an honest review needed to be left. The dress I received looks like the one I ordered, so that's a plus. The material was kind of thin, but you get what you pay for and it wasn't really unexpected considering the dress was pretty inexpensive. The shipping was fast I got the dress in about a week, so points there. I might have been able to return the dress I don't know, I just don't have time. I do think it speaks bad about a company when they're offering discounts for good reviews, and seeing so many 5-star reviews makes me think I'm not the only customer that had that offer.

The shipping was faster than what I thought. The materials used are high quality, and the overall communication was very respectful and prompt. They answer emails quickly and don't leave questions unanswered. Excelente customer service and products.

The shipment arrived in 14 days, the dress is beautiful and of high quality. It will certainly not be the last order from this company.

I have been looking for great quality clothes like this for years! This my second purchase from this store and it did not disappoint! If you are an old school goth in your late 40s this is the place to find simple, great quality clothing that doesn’t look cheap. Their customer service is fantastic!

Bought a beautiful dress for an event I have. The dress was true to size and shipping came super fast (I did pay for faster shipping). Communication was great! Definitely recommend!

The one I ordered was no longer there. So I asked for a refund and they didn't so I had to find something else if this was more expensive I didn't have to pay extra. So I did that hoping it would be my good buddy and luckily it was. fine material.
