I found the website a bit awkward to use, i wanted to use paypal and live locally and it looked like it was charging me postage. Called the store and they helped me through it:)

I have been very happy with the high level of customer service and communication at Darling Deviance. I preordered something, and the manufacturer was not able to meet the demand for the yarn within the expected time frame. I was advised as soon as the shop was made aware, and they gave me the option to wait or receive a refund. I chose to wait, and am thrilled with the product, as well as the prompt notifications from the staff when it arrived in store, and was shipped. I'll certainly be buying again here!

Even though your website said the item was in stock and it was not, you reordered it promptly and I was amazed at how fast it came. Thanks. Awesome to deal with as always.

The online inventory apparently didn't match what they actually had on hand but the customer service made up for that! I'm still waiting for my order but I will be ordering from them again :)

While I was disappointed that there was a stock error and some products were no longer available, they called me directly to let me know and to advise what substitutes were available. When I received my shipment they had added in a crochet hook gauge as a freebie. I was pleased with the personal service.

While I have not received my order the store has been phenomenal work with me to make a substitution on the kit. They have worked with me every step of the way and I am very impressed.

Well so far so good based on the fact that I was able to purchase a kit for the 2019 CAL. Unfortunately I was later told that it’s going to be delayed. While I understand that you are only able to sell what your supplier sends you it’s still disappointing.
