Very Poor customer Service
Eventually got my Conservatory suite 14 weeks after ordering. I chair had to go back as faulty. No communication from them. On my contact with them James Nimmo was very good, but on another ocasion when I contacted them and spoke to his underling Jame his customer service skills were rubbish, not interested in the customer or my complaint and informed me I should not be contacting them. Would never deal with this company agian.
