Communication mix up?
Order cancelled with no explanation - I only know it was cancelled because I received a refund! Terrible communication, to say the least.
Update: as I said in my review, I received no communication whatsoever from the sellers, not even in my spam box. However, if they say they wrote to me I accept that and would be happy to hear from them again

Reply from Dartana Plants
I was disappointed to see this review. I had messaged the buyer after the order as I wasn't happy with one of the plants and wouldn't be happy sending. In the message I offered an various alternatives. Of course as there was no reply I didn't want to keep any money longer than I had to so refunded. Sadly in this day and age you get criticised for doing the right thing!

Plants
The plants arrived on time and I was very happy with the packaging. The plants are thriving in the part of the border I have allocated for them. Time will tell if they thrive.
