Every single gun these guys sell is by a different company, so every single one has a completely different spectrum of how well made it is, how it functions. The Pump, the sawn-off shotguns and Lee Enfield are incredible and my favourite, yet the Winchester I absolutely regret buying - feeding issue and jams fast. The Single Action Army broke from casual use within 6 months, the plastic semi-auto revolver broke the cartridges within a few months yet the gun itself is great. Meanwhile the semi-auto pistols are perfect fidget toys and work incredibly well.
Asked the company about the feeding issue with the rifle and they just said 'try feed it harder', After 7 other purchases you'd think that would be a given from user error to actual design feeding issue.
Very fast delivery with tracking, but expect a gamble with each unique purchase you do

I never received my order. I placed it over a month ago. Can we please resolve this?

The reloading and firing mechanics are excellent, the casings are fun to load into the gun, 8.5 out of ten

The ordered goods shipment has been taking 4 weeks so far and the parcel hasn’t arrived yet.

I'd seen mixed reviews concerning Dart Armoury's customer service and the quality of these blasters but I was intrigued enough by the look of them and the realistic action features to buy the Raven pistol and see for myself.

On the plus side, the action works as advertised. Shell ejection and projectile firing are not 100% reliable, but are fun. I especially like how the slider locks back once the last round in the mag is fired. Loading and inserting the mag and firing off some rounds feels like the real thing, for the most part.

On the negative side, I am disappointed that the barrel in the pistol I received is plastic, not metal as is advertised on the website. I don't think a metal barrel would necessarily increase performance, but it would certainly look better. The real issue for me is the false advertisement.

Also, I ordered the pistol with two additional mags but the extra mags I was sent were basic and black, not the grey one with the extended base that comes with the pistol. Had I known I wouldn't be receiving matching mags, I wouldn't have chosen that option. Upon further review, I've found that Dart Armoury offers extra Raven mags, but only under accessories. If this had been made clear on the page for the Raven pistol, I would have instead bought an extra Raven mag along with the pistol. Again, this felt like false advertisement.

Others have complained about the shipping time, but that's not a concern for me. I live in the USA and received my package 12 days after ordering. It was packaged well.

I will buy more blasters from Dart Armoury because they are fun and cool toys, but with the understanding that I may not be getting exactly what is shown on the website.

We still have not received the product, despite ordering almost 1 month ago. Very minimal
contact from the company and unable to track where it is. When requesting a refund I was told that I cannot get a refund until the shipping company reports it lost. I am frustrated and out almost $200! Do not recommend purchasing from this company.
