Great service and products

I have used Darthome twice now and both times I have received very well packed items which I have been delighted with. In all cases, they have been the best on pricing for same products from elsewhere. I would highly recommend them. Also be assured, customer service puts things right when things go wrong - a very rare thing these days - but equally just as important as the goods.

Outstanding service

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the company for their excellent service! I made a mistake in the delivery address, but the team responded quickly, paid close attention to the situation, and did everything they could to ensure the package arrived on time and at the correct location. It’s such a pleasure to deal with responsible and caring people. I’d also like to highlight that the product is of excellent quality and fully met my expectations. Excellent customer service

Unfortunately my parcel turned up damaged. The box clearly said Fragile all over in sticky tape but I could tell it had been thrown about.Sadly when I opened it my little mouse bird feeder was broken. The reason I am giving this 5* review is the customer service was spot on. They replied to my email straight away and offered to send an alternative as it was now out of stock. I requested a refund and this was arranged quickly. The lady was really polite and apologetic.

I bought a mirror which was too small

I bought a mirror which was too small, according to their return policy they provide a return label if the return is accepted: which again is wrong, although I requested a return label it was not created. I spent £3.90 for returning the mirror and they are offering me £19 instead of £22 I paid for the mirror and refusing the return fee.
I will be filing a legal claim against this company for fraudulent activity as a lawyer it will be easy for me to prove that. They didn’t even bother to refund me only after I opened a PayPal case after almost a month.I attached your reurn policy and that you provide QR codes so please do not send misinformation! Why did you ask me if I had returned it back by tracking which you weren’t even giving to refund and would have cost me £8 ? No refunds issued for £3.90 standard return and no refund for shipping, loss of £6.90 in total is a rip off regardless! I managed to get a beautiful hand made heavy bigger framed mirror ( from Bali) with beautiful mirrored colours on the wide frame from eBay new for half the price and free delivery and return irrespective of whether you found it small, large or was not suitable .

To clarify, our returns policy states that we do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items, and as such, postage costs are not included in the refund. This information is available on our website and included with our returns instructions.

Unfortunately, the item was returned without any order information, which meant we were initially unable to process the refund as quickly as we usually would. Once the PayPal case was opened and we could identify the order, we issued a full refund for the product cost in line with our policy. However, we understand that this was frustrating and sincerely apologise for the delay.
