Terrible service
Terrible service, item was incomplete, ordered some Swiss points, only 1 in one packet and two in the other, said they would give me refund or credit, I took the credit option, then they only credited me for the Swiss points missing in the packets.

Wide variety of products, excellent product quality. Order processing could be improved in terms of time until shipment, thus reducing delivery delays, but that's just a minor detail. I recommend it.

Sometimes delivery can be slow
I ordered from dart shopper twice before without issues. The items came within 5 days (can’t expect much more unless you pay). On the third time however I had to wait for 12 days. This was a bit long. Otherwise the site and business is reliable. I’ve never had issues with not receiving items at all
