Dartyl saved our weekend

Dartyl was fantastic when our boiler suddenly started making loud noises on a Friday morning. The thought of a weekend without hot water and heating was horrible, but Kelly was helpful and reassuring on the phone, and Darren was quick and professional in identifying and fixing the problem. It was even better when the invoice arrived and it was really reasonable. We'll be calling on Dartyl again.

Very prompt service

I rang them at 11 in the morning as boiler not working and no hot water or heating. Kelly in the office was so lovely and helpful and arranged for Darren to come out that afternoon. He managed to get hot water working and had to order a new part. Came back and fixed boiler as soon as part arrived. Everything working fine now. Will 100% use them again 👍

First class prompt service.

First class prompt service.
My small problem was dealt with within 24 hours by Tyler who fitted a new cistern valve and in line stop valve quickly and cleanly. Very courteous and respected my property.
