Harassed by recruiter after declining a project
One of their employees L.P. Has harassed me - a service provider - 3 years ago because I declined to be considered for a project due to a very low rate. Back then she talked to me in an incredibly disrespectful way which I brought up to her supervisor who didn’t see any wrongdoing in her way of talking. The employee has then gone ahead and left a bad review on my Google business page. I totally forgot about her, (had a life to live and still do) recently responded to the review not even knowing anymore who she was, and now she started her harassment again. If this is how recruiters react to service providers declining requests, I guess the toxicity people report about in this company is being put on people that are in no relationship to this company too. It’s a shame nobody seems to think this is wrong behavior. For me this means I will delete my Google business page and start a new one. If your employee will continue the harassment, I will take legal action.

After warning about the difficulties of working with their client due to the lack of communication they asked me to stay. One day after, the client decided to stop the project and they decided not to pay me for the extra day I was requested to work. They don't even gave a reason. If you are thinking of working with them, don't do it, because they will always prioritise their clients...

Horrible recruiting practices. Must avoid this company.
Company of "recruiters", whatever that means, that apply very bad practices.
A "recruiter" contacted me for a position I did apply. He was going too personal and did not stick any part of the conversation to the professional area. He didn't told me anything about the job but instead he was like a sales guy with less empathy than a glacier rock. He was misjudging and misinterpreting, he was very pushy, trying to patronize me, unable to listen and to respect a 'no' and he even insulted me.
Horrible company, if they treat candidates this way, I would not trust either the companies they work for.

This agency is one of the worst culprits for spamming utterly irrelevant candidates to me unprompted. I don't know what they're teaching their new hires over there, but it's clearly not anything good. Perhaps enough negative PR will encourage them to change their approach. Special mention for the recruiter trying to argue with me about how this candidate was in fact useful for my team, which she knows nothing about.

Every time a great job offer was presented to me. And docs and relevant info was shared. Waiting for customer response. But in every case there was a radio silence for days or weeks. When I sent a reminder, all of the sudden they said that the job was already taken.

No payment
Unfortunately they did not pay the tariff which was agreed upon with a senior manager of Darwin, inclusive the knowledge of the Director.
They were threatening not to pay the salary: while I was delivering to a happy customer. Excuses of the Director was that their systems and back office were not aligned properly. After 3 months I quit. This is not how it works for me: pay the salary you agree upon in time.
Really terrible.

Darwin Recruitment AG (Zürich) Very unprofessional and arrogant. Poor communication, randomly stops replying then randomly messages again for completely unrelated topic then stops replying again.
If their attitude towards their clients is the same as their attitude towards candidates, I must question the reputation a software engineer would have in a host company. Not sure at all if that is any good for your career as an employee.

They only say they work.
They are not doing their job right.
I am unhappy, dissatisfied, unsatisfied, displeased, angry and sad with Darwin Recruitment Darwinrecruitment and particularly Rhys Cogan.
I have been in contact for more than three months and no result and no feedback from them/him.
He is presenting himself to be unworthy.
I feel betrayed and l lied to.
I do not want a lot. I want them to just do their job.
A simple answer like "Yes, there is something" or, "No, they do not like your profile" is enough for me to keep up the spirit, but I never got none of those. Actually I have not received any valuable feedback from Darwinrecruitment.com and Rhys Cogan.
