They were very professional and guided me through the whole process step by step with ease. Dashdot has links with the right Finance brokers, conveyancers, accountants, etc., who know what they are doing and how to help their clients for long-term benefits.

We have had a fantastic experience working with Dashdot to build our property portfolio. We engaged Dashdot 3 years ago, recently settling on our third investment property with them. Special mention to our property specialist Rob and Dashdot Finance broker David for guiding us through this most recent purchase. We were under a tight deadline to settle on the most recent acquisition where we had 2 deals falling through (Building structural issues on one property, offer not accepted on the second) resulting in finance pre-approvals expiring and property search taking longer than normal. Despite these hurdles the team pulled through and found a quality property to add to our portfolio. Throughout the entire time our team provided us support and guidance, maintained excellent communication and were efficient in answering any questions and providing solutions to any issues that arose. We have been so impressed with Dashdot's service, support and results of our portfolio that we would happily work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to work with a buyer's agent.

Well they definitely delivered on good ROI with good property with strong capital growth in 6 months. The process was a bit challenging in the beginning as it took a very long time to purchase the property and the communication was not so great once we were in active search (which they could do better in my opinion for feedback). Shout out to Travis!! He was assigned to our case half way through and cleared up most of our concerns and turned it around. We purchased a great asset and got the results that we wanted.

Good holistic property planning and strategy.

I was looking specifically for a property investment strategy with a end goal in mind and Dashdot certainly delivered on that. I started with listening to 50+ podcasts which helped me understand their investment approach, inside workings of their technology and other client testimonials so I knew they were a great company to deal with. My personal journey was fantastic. I loved the process of first understanding what my financial goals were then reverse engineering a property plan to get there. Once that was in place the first step of buying the first property was underway and while I was nervous as a single person on a single income the whole process was well supported by the whole team step by step. What I loved was the incredible detail my property consultant went into when it was presented to me even though they were in other states and that I could ultimately choose if it did not align to what I was truly comfortable with. I was able to ask any questions and be really really supported on this which is so important as while it is a financial decision its also stressful and the team at Dashdot were so great. I am a fairly inexperienced investor like many of us so having someone who has seen hundreds of things like building and pest inspections who knows what 'good or normal' looks like to guide me through those steps was invaluable. The team at Dashdot have the right model in place, the create a long term plan with you based on your goals, they have the modelling and technology to help identity places that will grow to maximise profit and rental yield and they have the people in the business who care about their clients experience while going through the journey. Not to mention the referrals
of the mortgage brokers, conveyancers, property management companies all who are 3rd parties so no kickbacks but they work together for mutual benefit of positive customer outcomes. That works for me! Highly recommend and will be back for my future properties.

Dashdot are an incredible team who are excellent at what they do! If you're sceptical about their price, DON'T BE! Their data collection, suburb selection technology and future forecasting is top-tier! If you're a first time investor, they will make the process simple and easy for you. They have all the contacts necessary for you to start your investing journey so even if you don't have a broker, accountant, property manager, etc, they can put you in touch with one of the best!

It was a very simple process in which the professionals helped guide us along the way. Tamara was in communication with us all the time, no matter the time. Tamara did most of the work for us which made the experience seamless. This is our second purchase through a buyers agent, unfortunately our first wasn't with Dashdot which we have massive regrets about. The whole process between the two have completely different with a lot more reports and information provided. Dashdot have also done all the leg work with rental agents and repairs etc which have helped being interstate. We have just signed on again due to these factors and Tamara.
