The photos online are beautiful. Actual print quality is horrific. Blurry, looks copy/pasted around lines. I was offered a $5 refund out of $40 and nothing more. I donated the shirts since sending them back to China is too expensive. DashingSoul / OliveNorma is a scam.

Very poor quality, both the material and the stitching. I liked the designs and the photos looked good but the reality is very different.

My shopping experience was easy and effortless. I love the innovative designs and it was easy to choose my first purchase.

Merchandise was great, site easy to use, and prices were reasonable.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Items do not look anything like photos and material is completely different than pictured. Don’t bother trying to contact customer service for resolution, they won’t honor their return policy and will ignore you.

SCAM!!!! They have taken my money and not delivered my goods! Repeatedly asked for refund and not given months later. Have reported them

disgusting dashingsoul!!!!sccccccam!! Please return all my money! Poor quality clothes, can't wear them at all, like a layer of plastic, no stretch whatsoever. So many good reviews on this site are fake. Since I purchased from dashingsoul they have been emailing me regularly asking me to give them good reviews and then sending me vouchers but their stuff is just rubbish and I won't go back for a second purchase. I've been communicating with them for half a month before they agreed to let me return the item, but I have to pay for the return shipping in full myself, and the shipping cost is horrendously high! But I paid the shipping to return the parcel anyway. They refused to refund me for various reasons, they said they couldn't give me a refund because they didn't receive the parcel, and I even paid for the return shipping! Dead rubbish! Watch your money people, don't get ripped off. disgusting dashingsoul!

I can only repeat what the users are describing here. I don‘t like the shirts at all, material polyester and appearance not like the photos. Sending them back is almost impossible as you have to return them to China and have to pay the shipping cost by your own. I was offered a 13$ discount but this is not satisfactory for me as I will never wear the shirt nor anybody of my friends will. Pure waste of resources. Pour environment. I promise I will read the shipping details from now on very carefully. Lesson learned.

I had a terrible experience with this company! I ordered on the 30th of july and never recieved the clothes. I contacted the delivery company at the request of Dashingsoul and they responded they couldn't trace my package. I asked for a solution and Dashingsoul kept answering that my package had been delivered to my address, except it wasn't. After a month of mailing, I asked for a refund. Now they stopped answering. Bashingsoul would be a more fit name for this company. Big rip-off!

This is an ugly scam site! People need to be careful with their money, they sell it for more than 2 times the price of other shops and the quality is much worse than the quality of other shops! It's equivalent to paying more than 2 times as much for a dress you wouldn't even dare to wear out of the house, it can only be used to scrub the floor!!!! I asked for a refund, they refused to refund me and so far it's been 2 months and I still haven't received my refund. I initiated a return and they asked me to cover my own shipping costs, which were more expensive than the dress I bought! Eating our money and sending clothes that are as thin as paper! Ugly mouth. Avoid this company.

Lesson learned. Similar experience to others. Very poor quality product and no realistic options for returns. Despite stating that they make it simple at no point do they indicate in advance that the items have to be returned to China verses the company address they ship from within Canada. Completely cost prohibitive and they’ve offered either $10 or 20 percent of my next order. I doubt anyone ever sees their money again! It’s such a scam.

I did not like the texture of pants I ordered, but loved the prints.

When I contacted to ask for a refund, I was only offered $10 refund or go to the risk of returning parcel to China, which I did, and 3 months later the parcel had never even left customs. I complained to DS service and to my surprise they refunded in full (after I had left a scathing review here).

Thus, I have upgraded the review to 3 stars, as they ended up treating me with respect after a long long time.

Avoid this company like the plague. As already mentioned by many here, I have also had a bad experience with this company.

My product was delivered after a few weeks and when receiving it, I realised that for some very strange reason, the TShirt I ordered had a massive button seam sewn right down the middle blocking out the octopus pattern. The product did not look anything like what was advertised on their site and looked as though something had gone wrong in production and clearly a
mistake in their part. I wish I could attach a photo so you could see how hideous it looked!

I complained and was told that I could send it back to them (at my own cost) or accept a partial refund of a very stingy $6 (the top cost $20 at least!). They have refused to send me the TShirt which was advertised on their website. You cannot get anywhere with them and I have no rights as a consumer. I had to give up as I was wasting my time and energy with them.

I ordered two t.shirts that I liked the look of online. When they eventually arrived (took 2 weeks), one was just about acceptable, but the other was awful. It bore no resemblance to the design online - it was blurry and ugly. I requested a refund, only to be sent a ridiculously long postal address that I would have to use to return the item. On trying to enter said address in various carrier websites to obtain quotes for shipping, it kept being rejected. I requested a UK address to return the item to but this was refused. They offered me a derisory $5 partial refund (the item, with postage, cost me around £18). I have had to give up, as they will not budge and apparently do not respect UK consumer law, despite happily selling here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are knowingly selling defective goods.

The website was easy to navigate. I liked how I was able to choose my favorite design and see the different forms of apparel and colors that are available. I also liked that my items were still in my cart when I returned to complete the transaction. The reminder email about what I had left behind was helpful too. It worked and I then completed my purchase.
