After reading the comments on this site about this company. There seems to be a common theme of missing funds which is of real concern and refusal to accept fault under any circumstances, even when they send a proven major manufactured mistake in the pattern cut outs. Most of all the missing funds even after being told that the bank has no record of return of funds so who is telling the truth , they like to take your money but if there’s a problem they play this game with your funds, oh we sent you a refund oh no you didn’t again over and over. Just do the right thing and return the funds and do something about this garbage you have sent. Your a bunch of thieves.

I bought a dash kit in September 2025. I received notice of shipment on 9-26-25. Estimated arrival time was 10-6-25. Found out item was stopped in customs. I informed Dash Kit shop of the issue on 12-2-25. The support team wrote, "They will get in touch with DHL". NOW, it's 1-5-26. I have nothing. Dash Kit Shop has over $200.00 of my money. Beware... Buy at own risk.
1-24-25, Update! Company emailed me an AI format of all the things I did wrong. The Daskit company was perfect. LOL... I offered to delete the negative post, and start new,(2nd chance) if they would send another dashkit. Dashkit declined. So, in essence, the company would rather have a negative review, than a happy customer... Not too smart. Dashkit has my money, and I have nothing. Thieves.

I was a little sceptical with a sticker…
I was a little sceptical with a sticker kit to cover interior parts- how would it fit? Would it fall off? But I followed the instructions and they went on great and the hold is like the best 3M tape. It has certainly bought class to an otherwise dull, black plastic interior.

Stated it would take 3 weeks to make a…
Stated it would take 3 weeks to make a kit, then 3 weeks later they canceled the order without explanation and said they refunded my money but I did not get it. I am out $175.00. 100% complete scam artists.
The reply is a lie I checked my spam and trash folders and no email was sent. No refund was ever received. Oh, and this is the only review I have written, so I don't think 'other companies ' is accurate either.

We cancelled your order because it turned out that we have errors in drawing.
We wrote you emails but you ignored it.
We refunded you money . It's very mean of you to write slander about our company. You can claim every transaction via stripe. It is a safe payment method. Please, don't mislead other customers that you did not receive your money back.
Make a claim on stripe that you did not receive your refund. They will make an investigation. And you will see that you are wrong. What is the problem? we don't need your 175 USD. it is 21st century, nobody has been deceiving anyone for a long time. And if someone doesn't fulfill their obligations, then you can always make a claim on payment method and receive your money. Reputation is more important to us. However we see that you only like to write negative reviews on us and other companies.
Not able to order
Y try to order something. I have to register and create a password. I do not think that is necessary.
When I was ready to pay, no module installed to pay. I ask and they say , They will install it until Dec 15?
That made me nervous because whay they make you create an account if you can't order?

Hello! Please , be honest. We wrote that payment module is disabled because of updates on the factory. We did not wrote you that we will install it. It is installed . We don’t accept payments from 22 of november - 15 of december. We accept pre orders till 15 of December. That’s why we disabled PayPal and stripe payment modules . And to all our customers we write about it . Not a dollar was taken , no orders were made . If you think that it is better to take money and not to send orders , it is very strange .

Firstly it took forever to get here and secondly when I got to install it the front consol moulding was wrong it didn't fit around the top consul and the to p vent couldn't be bothered to send it back and having to wait another 6 months

Hello! Very dissapointing that you had problems with installation. However during checkouts it was written that shipping to Australia is 30-35 days. Plus production on order 6-7 days. good experience
The entire process of selection, purchase, communication with the company, shipping, and shipping time was very good and reliable.
The packaging left something to be desired, but in general it is acceptable. Some pieces arrived a little scratched and other pieces didn't fit together properly. I had to cut and in some cases I simply couldn't put it in because it couldn't be done due to the cuts.

Hello! Please do not mislead other customers. You never purchased a kit from our company. Yo send an email and we answered on it . Wrote you that it would be imposible to produce a trim kit for your car. Because it had already a OEM factory wood kit installed. You ignored our email. Wrote us again and started abusing and humilating us. It woud be actual if you purchased something from our company, but no transactions and payment were made from you side. You only did not like that we can't produce a trim kit for your car. That is not serious at all. We made a claim to Trustpilot administration with all evidence and screenshots. Very slow delivery time but a good product.
From the date I ordered my dash kit It took so long to arrive I had nearly written it off. I emailed several times and was told to be patient it will come and it finally did.
I am happy with the product which is well made and looks good on my car.

Fiber glass dash looked like a 1990 cad lab created it. Did not look like carbon fiber at all. I had to throw it in the trash because the alternative was to ship it back uzbekistan (literally)
