Daskus Reviews 

I ordered trainers before Christmas from Daskus which is a uk company but when they arrived from Saudi Arabia I could see they were fake and the invoice in the box for customs had a $25 price on it. I contacted them for a return address and to get a refund, they have had the trainers for over 2 weeks and have still not paid me back. I keep getting lame excuses from them and no refund.

I have had 3 emails saying how sorry they are and telling me I will get a refund but still nothing from them. Also can't find a contact number anywhere for them.

Ordered some trainers on 1st Jan for our sons birthday on the 10th Jan. on checking the state of delivery (which originally said it was coming from the UK) on the 8th Jan we received a tracking number from Daskus for DHL. On checking DHL it stated that the delivery notification was generated at Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. On checking with DHL they have stated that Daskus have sent the delivery information but not the actual parcel (11 days after ordering). We have requested for our order to be cancelled and a refund to be provided. Daskus just keep ignoring all our questions and state they have various warehouses and to track the delivery at DHL. Do not just this site!

Ordered some trainers on 2nd January. Received an immediate order confirmation with an order number. I'd paid by mastercard. On the 7th January I received an email to say my order was cancelled with no explanation. I have emailed but no reply yet. The trainers are still on the website in the size I ordered. In addition the same trainers are now listed twice on the website, the second time with no option to select sizing. If this company is legitimate then it needs to provide a clearer service and customer support. I will be checking my credit card transactions carefully to ensure I am not charged.
