Good products, but left in the dark about delivery.

Prices very good, range very good, delivery quick, Providing information to customer not so good.
I ordered goods on the Sunday, an acknowledgment e-mailed the next day confirming order, an e-mail will be sent to advise delivery (watch this space)
Nothing happened, so on Thursday I phoned Dassatools, and was reassured that the order was on the way and should be delivered by Saturday, Phone back if not.
At 8:45pm Hermes delivered the goods.
Later an e-mail from Pay Pal confirmed the delivery had been made.
Dassatools did phone back to find if goods had arrived.
I am pleased with the goods received, would have liked info from Dassa/Hermes as to delivery time.
