Would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a good, friendly and efficient service. Everyone at data academy was just amazing with me from start to finish, especially my instructor Tony, He is a top man and just puts you at ease from the first time you meet him and his teaching is perfect and helped me pass first time. It was a pleasure using these guys and I would definitely use them again.

Recently past my cat c with data academy. And all I can say is that all of the staff are brilliant from start to finish they make sure you have a full understanding of what you need to achieve your goal. I have to say I struggled with some parts up until the day before my practical and my driving instructor roger showed patients and professionalism all the way through. Also the guys in the office are very helpful from booking each tests that are required and also sending you reminders. So in a nutshell give these guys a try and you will definitely not regret it.

The team at Data Academy are amazing. Not just because the set up is great, the price is great, the vehicles are great and the process is great, but most importantly, the people are the best.

I can't remember the last time I was welcomed into a workplace to be made to feel like part of a family. The support and atmosphere is super calming, especially beneficial when you are about to take a test.

I know that if I decide to add any additional driving skills to my licence, there is only 1 place I will be going.

If you are going to invest your money in any form of vehicle training this is the place to do it, fantastic vehicles and truly great trainers you are made to feel at home as soon as you walk in the building, I cannot say enough good things about data academy. Data academy were professional from me first contacting them to me passing my test. I was really impressed by the professional office and the friendliness of all the staff.

My instructor was excellent and patient and the vehicle we used (and all the others I saw) were very nice, clean and easy to use.

Recently completed my fork truck refresher course and trailer course at date academy and they were brilliant.
The instructors were excellent teachers and very easy to talk too.

Really happy I did my C1 training and test through Data. I'd been messed around by another company in Nottingham who kept saying they had good offers on advertised all over their Facebook but never could answer what the offers were or get back to be with availability.
Dorian was very efficient in contacting me back and working dates around my work schedule and explained the whole process to me with what aspects would be covered on which days, this gave me confidence after a bad experience with the other company.
I met my instructor, Dale, who is a lovely chap and genuinely wants to do his best to help you pass. He's approachable and calm from the start. He explains things in a very calm and simple way and addressed bad habits. He then explained again what Dorian had explained regarding what aspects would be covered when throughout the training and then what would happen on the day of the test. I found having this explained to me useful as it can be quite a nerve racking experience so it helped that I knew the structure.
In my experience, the vehicles used are of a high quality, clean and well maintained and Dale helped me to understand how to drive it and use all the controls in preparation for my test.
The site is easy to access from the M1 and close to the test routes used so you don't spend a lot of time travelling to where your test will be and are able to cover the potential test routes across the two days training provided.
Everyone in the office (Rachel etc.) is lovely when you walk in and talkative which helps with any nerves you may have.
I would definitely recommend Data and would return to them should I require any further categories on my license.

Wow what can I say apart from amazing team of people I was so nervous and panicky about getting it right I was thinking to fast over thinking the answer and the team here help me calm all that down explain to slow it down read the question and it was so easy to understand the way they explain it and having adhd they adapted to my needs and understood if your thinking of doing any driving classes and bit nervous and unsure what to expect but need reassurence and guidance then data academy is the place to be passed my hgv class 2 first time and couldn’t of done without you guys so thank you again again u have helped change my life thank you Jason Hadley

Fantastic driver training company.
I did my cat C and C+E a year ago with them and have just done my initial cpc with them. John was a great instructor for my cat C and Eddie for my c+e who was great. Phil and Roger were fantastic in teaching CPC part 4 which I got 100% pass mark. Dorian is superb, very friendly and helpful. The rest of the office staff are great. Best driver training company I have used in all the years I've been driving. Best price for what you get taught. They teach you at 150% so you pass at high pass mark and so you know info and skills more for once you have passed and on the road.

I tuck my test here and I past first time and I would highly recommend this company and great customer service from all the team. Thanks simon brough

I took my test on 30/1/2020 and successfully passed first time. I would just like to say thank you to Data Academy trainers for Giving me time and patience Most of all being supportive in believing in me . Overall the 4 day course was intense but very informative.
I would also like to thank the staff at Academy for their support.

Excellent Friendly Team who bend over backwards to help and support you through the whole process from start to finish I received help with medical and applying for license and Digi card, attended great theory course for two days with Eddie and Phil to prepare for theory hgv , hazard perception and CPC theory free use of laptops to train and practice at your convenience and use of the kitchen facilities , pay for a initial assessment to see how many driver training hours required to pass CPC exam and driving exam and even give you a warm up drive prior to test photo your achievements and supply you with a free mug I was that impressed with them all I sent a card of thanks with a few gifts will definitely use them in the future when im ready for C +E etc Great thanks to you all at Data Academy!!

Fantastic people, helped me through my LGV C and CPC, i passed first time thanks to their professional training, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for HGV training.

Couldn’t thank this company enough, especially Glen. He’s a really good instructor, you can see when he is showing you how to operate the FLT that he has experience. I’ve just passed my FLT training thanks to him.
