It’s a two in the hope they pull…

It’s a two in the hope they pull through. Otherwise ZERO STARS, I placed order with ram records ($450 Aus dollar) moneys gone but apparently no order. They were replying good first four days but now nothing. They acknowledged my payment but still no order. It’s been 12 days so far

Very pleased

I have made numerous orders that were handled by Databeats. From Vinyl, to exclusive merch and limited releases. Not only has every order been timely, I’ve made the limited release signed editions, the limited editions and regular purchases flawlessly. Always packaged well. Very much appreciate it guys!

Inflexible, generally poor customer service

Awfully inflexible.
Made an order of £150+ at Hospital Records. Requested to add an additional item after check-out and before the original order had shipped. Was told they would not merge orders, offered no explanation why. Instead, I was told to order the other item seperately, and pay additional (and expensive) shipping fees. Of course, this is the best option as it minimises the work for Databeats. They will not respond to subsequent emails, the strategy is to ignore the problem, ship the original order and pretend everything is OK. Great case study in poor customer service. The great thing for Databeats is they're just the fulfilment service, so it's not really their reputation on the line, it's their customers'! Perhaps it's time to take heed and acknowledge that the service Databeats provides is inadequate and start the process to change course.

SCAM

Ordered in September, did not receive T-Shirts yet and it is November.
NO communication on sent emails.
Their "website" just moves the date every friday to the next week without any information.
Paid already in full. Tried to contact them multiple times without success. Started paypal disbute.

DO NOT USE DATABEATS AVOID

DO NOT USE DATABEATS they seem to be a distribution company & website host for some big labels in the rave scene, I’ve ordered from them in the past with no issues, until lately, I ordered a 12inch with digitals, digitals were not initially showing in my purchase so had to chase that, secondly the record I ordered from one label wasn’t the record I received which was from a totally different label, had 1 reply which they seemed more interested in me returning the wrong record than sorting me out with the one I ordered. After 5 emails no reply, Appalling customer service will not be using again, & 1 star rating is 1 too many but had to rate so I could leave this review, there are much better companies out there who look after their customers, Use Databeats at your own peril you have been warned.
UPDATE - Apparently my emails went to spam....ok, now sending what i ordered plus i can keep their mess up, thats great & thanks but i still stand by the review i left

Do Not Use

Didn't ship my order for an entire week - no contact. Sent a message asking to cancel and the order was stealth despatched. Received despatch notification the day after it was shipped and then a clumsy "Oh, it already shipped" message the day after that.

Super scummy business practices since I'd have had to pay to return the records.

Not really customer friendly

I ordered a t-shirt and a cap from them and received the wrong t-shirt and the right cap. I mailed them about the mix up and they answered fast. They offered me partial/full refund due to the fact no more t-shirts I wanted were left in stock and I could keep the wrong t-shirt.
I mailed them several times since but I never got the refund. So the last 6 mails from me in a 3 week timeframe were never answered and now I got a t-shirt I don’t like and I didn’t order but still payed full price.
Not really customer friendly if you ask me.

Mixed Feelings About Service and Reliability

I've ordered from this company twice in the past six months, and unfortunately, both times my experience was less than satisfactory due to system errors that prevented my orders from being fulfilled. Communication about these issues was prompt, yet the recurring nature of these problems raises concerns about the reliability of their order management system.The inability to receive the merchandise I paid for, especially when it happens repeatedly, is frustrating. I understand that technical issues can occur, but when they become a pattern, it suggests a deeper issue that needs urgent attention.

Order problem quickly resolved

I spoke to Sam regarding a fault with a product I purchased a few months ago. Sam quickly responded with options to help me out. I have never had such quick and fantastic customer service at any other business. Keep killing it Sam - you’re a credit to the business.

I got the wrong size hoodie in error. Sam answered my query straight away and arranged for a replacement at the right size. And refunded my postage! Polite, helpful and efficient, excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

Ordered the Subfocus 3-plate set and package came damaged. The surrounding package had essentially fallen apart exposing the sleeve and records to shipping impacts.

Sent an email to support with 2 pictures and they had responded in less than 24-hours that they were going to send out a complete replacement.

Gotta say it feels extremely good to have a quality customer service experience for the first time in many, many years. No robots, no phone systems, no auto-emails, no forms, no hassles. Big ups to a quality shop pushing great music and treating their customers with respect.

David helped me out! Excellent customer service

David helped me out with BoilerRoom support and he is so incredibly kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble at all, he sorted out my problem so quickly and very quick at replying to my emails which is always great and really appreciated. Not many people are half as nice as David has been!!
Thank you ever so much, David is such a credit to the team!

I have ordered from Databeats many times!

I have ordered from Databeats many times, they run the stores for multiple record labels such as v Recordings, Metalheads and Ram.

I have constantly had excellent customer service from them over the 5 years or so I have been ordering. Sammy (super) and Dave have been there for the duration and do not hesitate in exceeding expectations as far as customer service is concerned.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, ordered an item a bit too last minute to make the delivery date I needed. I got in touch asking if I can pay extra to fix this and they sorted it for me free of charge.

David was very quick on email responses, will definitely use this company again
