I placed my order for 5 x Viewlite Monitor Arms at 09:53 on Tuesday 19/10. I received the Acknowledgment at 10:31 on Tuesday 19/10. The monitor arms were despatched the same day and arrived on Thursday. That's exceptional :)

Excellent company and great customer support. When I had problems with a 12 year old Viewmaster monitor arm the company immedatly offered to replace it when I was just hoping to be able to buy replacement parts!

Why I use Dataflex
I use dataflex on a fairly regualr basis and the service and support I have received has always been of a very good. The products are well designed and made and the very rare occurrence of an issue arising, the response I have received has been positive and quick.

Great marketing, great customer service, products are nice but in my opinion there is lack of news and improvements for products. For post-covid situation you should louch some new items for protect keyboards and other personal iitems, maybe bigger Bento? Or some kind of labels to mark desks/ monitor arms? Also ergonomic tools will be great.

Dataflex Bento Box
The Bento Box is a great product which is designed for computer workers on the go. Whether hot-desking, home working, travelling or permanently working on a laptop, it's a perfect way of carrying key elements of your computer workstation around with you. Mine carries my compact keyboard and mouse, mobile phone, some useful leads and even my daily medication (so I don't forget to take it), in a steel case that is very high quality and built to take the knocks from daily work. The greatest hidden secret is that it also doubles as a laptop stand, allowing for a healthy screen position to be achieved wherever you're working on your computer. Every day, Bento Box gives me the same satisfaction that I used to have at school, on my first day of the new term, when I had my pencil case neatly organised. As with my old pencil case all those years ago, I wouldn't be without the Bento Box..
