Dataflow group - Dubai
This has been a total nightmare. The organization is poorly managed and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Their website is terribly convoluted, requiring users to manually log in to separate pages within the same site. If you have multiple qualifications or degrees, you are forced to create multiple submissions, which means paying multiple times. To make matters worse, they refuse to verify more than one document per submission.The entire process is absurd and reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism in Dubai as a whole. I would strongly advise avoiding this organization if possible—it’s simply not worth the hassle.
Although verified
Although verified, a very bad delayed service, and you will need to take some anxiolytics while dealing with them. A vague misleading application process, then they request new documents to be applied then you discover that it is not necessary. I totally do not recommend them, except for neccessity as we couldn't find a substitute.
If you can skip dealing with them, do it
I applied beginning of Oct 2024. Now it's Jan 2025 and still no verification. no callbacks, tickets are ignored and they are unreachable. The whole verification process has been a nightmare for me. Can someone review the skillset and operations there. Can't believe this is how a business should be ran.
Worst Service Ever
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with DataFlowGroup has been nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. Their customer service is an absolute joke, riddled with incompetence, laziness, and a complete lack of care for their customers.
First off, I’ve never encountered a company more disorganized. Reaching out to them feels like screaming into the void. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and when they do respond, it's as if they haven’t even read your query! Calling them is not possible even if they had a landline no one will answer; their customer service reps are unhelpful at best and condescending at worst. They seem more interested in passing the buck than actually solving any issues.
What’s even more infuriating is how little they seem to know about their own processes. I was given contradictory information at every turn, and not once did anyone take accountability for the mistakes they made. It’s clear that they have no internal communication or quality control. Their idea of "help" is simply redirecting you to another department that knows even less.
To add insult to injury, they act like they’re doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence. It’s the most unprofessional, infuriating, and useless service I’ve ever encountered. My advice? Save yourself the time, money, and sanity—avoid DataFlowGroup like the plague.
This company is the epitome of inefficiency, and their customer service will leave you questioning humanity.

Unbelieveably bad service
Unbelieveably bad service. It has been over two months, and they still haven't verified my degree. It takes them one month just to reply or view documents submitted. They ask for more money at every step. Very bad customer service.
