This is a review for a branch of CBL Data Recovery based at North Shields, UK. My laptop failed without warning last week. I initially took it to a computer repair shop in Durham, but they made the situation worse. CBL Data Recovery was recommended to me by an IT expert at work. Within a few hours of submitting my device, John had diagnosed the problem and provided a quote for fixing it. Despite damage or corruption to the hard drive, John was able to recover all my files within 48 hours. All the files have their original filenames and are saved in the correct folders, so I haven't had to spend any time organising them. It's been a huge relief to recover my data. John was friendly, straightforward and professional throughout.

I am totally speechless...You and the technicians at CBL are AMAZING. You were 100% correct when you said the missing 2% might be just empty space. . Those were links to data that does not exist.
So, in reality, I believe 100% of the data was recovered. Thank you for keeping me posted on the progress to recover my data.

I consulted for them 20 years ago, recovering data from various Unix system storage devices. They were corrupt and underhanded. I suspect them of being a front for a federal security service associated with Five-Eyes agencies.
