The speed of service and quality of product are second to none. I just wish I'd treated myself to one of their combo offers and bought two sizes.

Absolutely worth the money: would only buy Davek in future.

Bought a davek as I thought the umbrella would be very resilient. It broke within about 20 uses. Whilst it is guaranteed you have to pay shipping and handling of £10.00 and you also have to pay the postage to Belfast. I am moving to Australia soon and if it breaks again they will charge a whopping £35.00 to post it back to me.

I wonder how expensive owning a davek will become. I only hope that the repair is not a shoddy one.

Delivered promptly. Good strong umbrella but have yet to use it in windy weather to test its durability

Packaging seemed haphazard. Came in an unsealed plastic covering. Didn’t seem to be in pristine condition - In fact I was suspicious that it might be second hand.
Also doesn’t extent fully automatically on opening.

Great customer service - had my umbrella stolen and was sent out a new one at half price almost immediately.

Quick delivery time, great product, albeit the Great British weather has only allowed me to use it once so far, so early days! So far so good though.

I ordered the umbrella but for some reason the discount code didn't 'apply' so emailed company and got a reply saying that they would take the 15% off - which I thanked them for... the umbrella arrived very quickly and it looks extremely sturdy, it's not been opened/used - I know that I've bought it early but it's a Christmas present for our daughter and I know that she will be over the moon with it 😊

This is a well made and expensive product. In my view similar to any Apple product in design and packaging.

It feels good in the hand, it goes up and down with ease.
