Received my umbrella beautifully packaged, not had to used it yet, it feels a little heavier than ones I have previously had & although expensive you can feel the quality.
Very pleased with this purchase.

I highly recommend it to others.

The umbrella feels heavier than your usual umbrella, but doesn't look bulky. It gives you the feeling of having a sturdy product in your hand that will endure through time and harsh weather, backed by their Life time guarantee, that was quite surprising for me in something that I never considered a long lasting good.

Love the umbrellas, lost mine and wanted to order another. The website had all the European countries listed, but not mine, Switzerland. After two emails, the site had been modified and I was able to place the order. Good service. They were out of stock for the color I wanted.

I've bought 4 umbrellas from these guys, and they're all superb (one for me, three for others). A lifetime guarantee is great of course, but the construction seems so sturdy that you probably won't need to use the guarantee anyway. Top stuff

Did not try it yet, but it came suer fast in a good box and looks lovely.

True to quality claims, the Duet is an umbrella you use when it rains rather than a carry everywhere one but that's its function.

Just received the umbrella, looks great but haven't got the opportunity to test it. Very pleased with the suprise of the lost card reduction when buying a new umbrella and the lefetime warranty :-)

Ordering from Switzerland was no problem. Although not possible through the shop, it worked just fine via direct order per email.

Ordering and delivery were faultless. The product is a little bulkier than I expected but as I have yet to put to use, I can't make a valid assessment.

Very happy, good service and a great product!

Great Product - as described.

Website not up to date with stock availability when ordering. Disappointed not to receive a response to my email regarding this. Dispatched without notification. On the upside the item did arrive in time for the birthday for which it was a present. Umbrella seems to be all that it claims, time only will tell but all looks promising.

Davek provides excellent customer service and a high quality product, I would recommend them to anyone interested in umbrellas that last.

Not used the product yet as it hasn't rained but looks great quality 😄👍
