Order came through a week before due…

Order came through a week before due date (euro warehouse 15-30 business days) package was secure and products as expected. Communication was as expected. Order confirmed, order dispatched and complete. Used products, which worked as expected. No negative issues encountered.

Bad communication and bad delivery

This company for delivery and communication are absolutely shit. Waited for a week just for bbs and still has even been dispatched yet, then requested a refund so at least I could go to patrol base so I'm ready for this match coming up and I don't get no response back

Hello I am order from Dave,s Airsoft a CYMA cm363lm shotgun full metal version if you are looking for a try-shot shotgun this one is fabulous give it a look at, This rifle is the one I got from Dave,s gun shop the service I got from Dave and his team was First Class from the get-go I was impressed with the standard of service I was kept informed of the journey of my order
I will use them again sometime soon I would recommend them to everyone, And so have a look you might find something you might like or need.

Reliable, efficient, high-quality & trustworthy

I’ve been purchasing from Dave since 2023 and he never fails to disappoint in terms of communication and overall delivery/performance. I’m always kept informed about the status of my orders as well as the exact details about the items I’ve purchased. Never has there been a single time where there was anything wrong that I’ve bought from Dave. I wish sometime soon that I’ll be able to visit the in-person store and take a gander. Not to mention but the incredible variety of “things” he has to offer is extraordinary. Customised guns they fit together at the workshop themselves, tactical equipment. He’s got it all. Solid 👍

Over the 14-30 days delivery

Ordered 25th October under the 14-30days shipping. It’s now the 10th December and nothing has been received. Three emails sent to cancel the order and issue a refund as it went over the 30 days with no reply. I appreciate international deliveries and customs can be out of there hands. But apart from issuing a UPS tracking number to me no update and doesn’t even seem they themselves have still received this order.

Best for Cerakote in uk- 10/10 support

Been a customer of Dave’s custom airsoft for many years now. As always they’re a solid reliable team who are willing to go above and beyond to get you the very best airsoft gear out there.
Cerakote work by dca is the best I’ve ever seen. Pricing at dca for cerakote is fantastic. There’s cheaper ones out there but you’ll pay the price in poor coat in comparison. Trust me!!!
I’m a loyal dca customer, all of my cerakote and aeg work is done by dca. I have 6 guns that are custom by dca. I want more. Get in touch they’re awesome!!!

Highly recommend

Have used Dave's Custom Airsoft for years. The staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Would highly recommend them to anyone and will be definitely using them for years to come.

Placed an order recently, had a few questions which were handled efficiently. Ended up ordering a couple things extra, which were bundled up in the same order (always good to save a bit of money). Good customer service, products delivered promptly. Recommended.

Easily one of my favourite shops.

Easily one of my favourite shops in the UK. Been in store a few times and always a good laugh.

The times I’ve ordered online the website explained what I was in for wait wise and the emails sent out were good. My only fault is I only had 1 pack of Haribo in my last online order.

Overpriced Delivery, Rude and Unhelpful Staff

Paid almost £8 delivery only to learn that the product would arrive in a month's time, despite the business being located just south of me (I live in England).

When I emailed Dave's Custom Airsoft to ask them for an estimated delivery date, they merely dismissed the question and said 'you have ordered a product with an 18-30 days advertised shipping time.,' which was both unhelpful and untrue - the delivery period was only disclosed to me after I had paid for the item.

If my order is even a single day late, I will cancel it and get my money back. Extremely unprofessional business and I would recommend finding a different airsoft retailer.

EDIT: I don't exactly expect staff to roll over and submit whenever anyone gives them feedback, but you can see from the snarky response below that winning online arguments is clearly more important to the retailer than satisfying customers.

All Euro Warehouse products are very clearly marked on the website with 'Euro Warehouse' and a shipping lead time, in your case '18-30 days'.

In addition there is an extremely prominent terms and conditions which you will have agreed to and hopefully read on checkout. This provides all required details and information.

We could not make the site any clearer than it is at the minute. Finally, I would disagree regards your rudeness comment, my email was perfectly polite and merely contained a statement of fact.

Finally, regards your 'winning online arguments', I do not believe there is an argument to be had here, certainly not on my part.

You simply made a mistake and did not read the displayed Euro Warehouse Sign, the Shipping time or the Important Notice section on checkout, whilst I appreciate this happens there is no blame to be placed on us here.

Follow up on previous Con Man review...

I just saw a previous review and the exact same thing happened to me with a recent purchase where I didn't receive a full refund and was slightly less than the full refund.

Consumer Rights Act 2015, Section 45 subsection 5 states: The trader must not impose any fee on the consumer in respect of the refund.

Your terms and conditions are in clear breach of this!

Even PayPal stipulates that the seller in responsible within their own T&C's:

Refunds, Reversals and Chargebacks
General information

If you receive a payment for selling goods or services that is later refunded or invalidated for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount of the payment sent to you plus any fees (including any applicable chargeback fee or Dispute fee). Whenever a transaction is refunded or otherwise reversed, PayPal will refund or reverse the transaction from your PayPal account.

For the sake of a few quid, do the right thing. If you don't want to pay the fees, don't offer PayPal as a service to your customers...

The Ombudsman will be in touch.

Con Man

I phoned up to enquire about an item and was told it was not actually in the EU warehouse as the website showed but was in UK stock, So I made the purchase expecting the item to be shipped. I then get email saying it will take longer to deliver due to no store stock, I phone back and asking why, and the for refund, but upon receiving the refund I was only partially refunded. The seller is responsible for selling fees, not the buyer. Stay away from this website, they mislead you, lie and don't stock most of their stock and expect you to order and then wait weeks.

Update: The fact you think you have the right to only provide store credit and not a full refund is illegal, wrong and absolutely disgusting behaviour. This is 100% enough reason alone to never go near you're website. In 33 years I've never seen such vile seller behaviour.

Let us for a moment assume that you are correct, you rang up to see if a Euro Warehouse product was actually in stock, upon checking the suppliers website I told you that the product just appeared on ourshelves in order to lure you into buying an item so that I could make £2 for PayPal...

You rang up to ask if a Euro Warehouse product was in stock, I checked with the supplier, confirmed they had the stock and informed you that the shipping time is 7-10 days as advertised. You then added the Euro Warehouse 7-10 day product; went through checkout including the confirmation box where you agreed to wait the advertised period, you also agreed that you understood you would only be given store credit if you cancelled within the period you agreed to wait.

In the meantime you decided I had told you the item was in the shelf, which I had not and asked for a refund. Despite only be due store credit the refund was made and in accordance with our terms the money PayPal take to take the payment was not refunded (neither is it refunded to us).

An extremely absurd outcome of a very average phone call, the most ironic part is that you cancelled to order from a supplier who will also order it in from the same supplier as us.

No blame, errors or issues on our end with this one, this is a mini drama of your own making sir.

Great AirSoft business. Recommended.

Having spent a not inconsiderable sum of money on a GBLS GDR15, I could not be happier with the service. Items shipped faster than I expected and follow up calls to the guys there for advice are always answered without it feeling like any trouble.
Great company.

The price is great
The customer service top notch (Thanks Jamie) with helpful advice and suggestions rather than the usual armchair 'experts' on any number of forums or FB, No doubt I'll be a repeat customer in the future.

Overall thoughts

Popped in to the shop to enquire about some work on my Rifle. Spoke with their head technician who was very informative and helped me pick my upgrade Package. Lead time compared to other places is really good and communication was spot on the whole way through the process.

After upgrades the rifle is insane, the response, range and fire rate are all wayyyy higher. They've completely transformed the whole rifle in to something flawless.
It doesn't even need to be an expensive rifle. As they told me, even a £250 rifle with £250 worth of upgrades will out perform most if not all £500 rifles out of the box.

100% recommend these guys for purchasing your first rifle or upgrading your current.

Bad service, bad comms, and liars too
Ordered a gearbox, which supposedly was a 14-16 day delivery, supposedly got "stuck in customs", rang to chase and spoke to someone who clearly couldn't care less, and to top it off eventually after almost 4 weeks got an update email to say it had been dispatched to me but suspiciously the tracking number wasn't recognised, turns out that was because it didn't actually get dispatched to me until 3 days later... will NOT be ordering from this company again
