Illegal hedgerow removal and verbal abuse
This company tried to illegally remove a hedgerow during breeding season and their employee
Bekki Sparks was verbally abusive when lawyers and ecologists tried to tell her what the law was. It was incredibly unprofessional behaviour and I would not recommend dealing with a company that allows that.

Drove 6 hours round trip met owner who wasn't expecting me and he showed me around nice place then he told me that the last purchaser backed out because there is a issues with the lease .thanks David James for telling me they were aware of my journey involved.

1st class service from David James on…
1st class service from David James on all levels. Lawful advice on tenancy issues through to a final sale. Its hard work and demanding but this estate agent along with Natasha make the whole process so much easier. Would never consider using any other agent in Nottinghamshire apart from David James for the whole service.

Compassionate and Professional Service
In the Spring of 2020, amidst all the upheaval caused by the pandemic, was in the unfortunate position of needing to sell my late mother's house. From first contact to completion, the staff at David James in Arnold were excellent. They dealt with a grieving family with compassion and understanding but continued with their very professional approach. I cannot thank them enough and would commend their services to any would be buyer or vendor.
