The flowers were received half…
The flowers were received half discolored and as they opened they are still drooping. Most of the flowers outside have dead petals. I was very surprised to receive these flowers in this manner since my friend received flowers and they were absolutely stunning. That’s why I bought these for my mother’s birthday.

The first bouquet I received in July was so wilted and they resent me a new one some months later and it was amazing completely different than the first. They definitely redeemed the first experience and will be ordering again

Hot box
I have ordered from David Austin several times and mostly had a good experience. This time when the box arrived the box was extremely hot and the flowers were not in great shape and had brown petals. So far they have not been thriving like they typically do and it will make me hesitate to trust delivered flowers again, especially at this price point

First impression not always accurate
When the flowers first came they looked tiny and almost dried out and I was not expecting them to do well. Then they opened up over the next few days to be the most beautiful roses I have ever ordered. I will be ordering again.
