Jacket fitted well and nice colour and doesn't crease.However it's thinner material than expected .only kept as they charge for return and was reduced . definitely not worth full price . Disappointed.
Had gilet years ago that poppers kept undoing but gave them benefit of doubt.wish I hadn't .
I really like the jacket I bought so much I went back and bought a second colour. Ordering is very easy and delivery supper fast . The price was excellent it's a good copy of a very expensive jacket. Good quality too.

This has to be the most awful online experience I have ever received.
I bought a coat and after the 1st time of wearing it the zip pulled apart at the bottom, I contacted the retailer to be told to use a pair of pliers to squash the zipper back together which I did, the very next time it pulled apart again and the bottom of the zip was fraying now.
I contacted them again and asked for a refund, I sent the coat back to them and heard nothing. After yet another contact to them I was told that they were disgusted at the state of the zip I sent back and their option was to put in a new zip at MY cost or send it back to me for me to replace the zip as the product was completely unresaleable. I then asked the question if my coat was a second hand one. NEVER have I received so much verbal abuse via an email than I have from LARRY at this company.
They are refusing to give me a refund. I now have no coat and no refund. DISGRACEFUL.
