You have to be mentally resilient to be able to overcome whatever life throws at you. And it is okay if you are not built that way, you can become that way!
Thats what he teaches and preaches in is book "Cant Hurt Me" and all the podcasts and conversations he joins. And frankly, he is right! That's a way to live!
