High value humans teaching high value content
David set the behavioral boundaries and expectations for the course immediately, creating a nonjudgmental environment for learning right from the start. This allowed the participants to stay relaxed, curious, and engaged throughout the entire weekend.
The course utilizes tons of videos to show both efficient versions of exercises as well as strategies of compensation that we might see. The course also goes through ways to simplify the critical thinking process, as well as what to do about what you find.
I absolutely love this course and would take it again. There’s so much value in it.

Went to David with severe patellar…
Went to David with severe patellar tendinitis which had prevented me from playing football for Kildare in the championship.
I had seen many “specialists” and had received 3 cortisone injections over the previous 18 months. I even saw a surgeon who recommended surgery as my best option to avoid rupturing the tendon.
When I met with David I could barely do a bodyweight squat and I genuinely feared that I’d never get to play pain free ever again. I was almost skeptical on the drive to Waterford thinking that I was just going to be told I had tight hips and glutes which was causing my pain.
David was top class from the get go. I did a consultation and he then sent on a plan to follow for the next 8 weeks. I then went back for a follow up and I couldn’t believe my progress. I still had a long way to go but for the first time in 3 years I was actually doing certain exercises pain free.
David then gave a follow up program and a plan for return to running & play. This got me through my club championship and I went back to him in my off season to sort my issue once and for all.
Fast forward 6 months and I am back playing football completely pain free, I completed a Hyrox last weekend and just ran the Dublin City half marathon which would have sounded like a deluded dream 12 months ago when I was suffering with tendinitis.
If you want to get your body sorted once and for all, no matter what your injury is, David is your man 🤝
I booked an in person session in…
I booked an in person session in October after repeated hamstring injuries and several years of other injury issues. Mimi and David gave me loads of time, and asked loads of questions about my injury history and my confidence in my body to stay fit. They managed my rehab programming remotely for a month and I did one more in person session out on the track where they gave me loads of time again.
The rehab is brilliant and Mimi is always checking in and her responses are quick to any questions. 5 months on I’ve had no injury issues since and I’ve been out on the pitch more than I have in the last few years. I still get texts checking in to see how I’m doing months later.
And the online content is class, especially the interactive.

Ankle and hip program
The foot and ankle program as well as the hip program both helped me a lot with my ongoing issues at the ankle and the adductors.
I cannot recommend these programs enough!
World class program
The foot and ankle program is truly world class. The detailed instructions in the video, the structure of the workouts, the progressions and literally everything about the program is amazing. As a personal trainer, I’ve struggled to deal with foot and ankle problems (and my own), and now I have many more tools that I can steal from the program. In addition, after only two weeks, my shin splints have been already less painful during any plyo/pick up basketball.

The foot/ankle/achilles program has been tremendously helpful for my clients and myself personally. As a chiropractor, I have used this program to put together a proper rehab plan for patients struggling with foot/ankle pain from start to finish. I have had continued success in utilizing the concepts that you will learn in this course. The instructional videos and layout of the program is easy to follow and applicable. I have utilized this program for my myself in an attempt to help with a Morton Neuroma, which has been a game-changer. Although some of the exercises involved appear to be simple, trust me when I say that they challenge you in ways you probably have not experienced before. Highly recommend David Grey! Mimi is a gem!
I started working with Mimi about 6 months ago on a hip issue I've been dealing with for several years. In the back of my mind I was out of hope and set on getting a surgery because the pain was unbearable. My hip issue significantly decreased the quality of my life. I couldn't walk without pain, I had a huge flare up everytime I did martial arts. I finally gave up on all sports and activity due to the pain I was in. Honestly, I was miserable...
Fast forward to today, I am able to participate in any sport I like. I have the confidence to jump, hop, jog and lift weights again. I do martial arts 3/4 days a week with no issues.
If you come across Mimi don't look any further. She's truly a gem and will guide you to feeling better than you ever did. Obviously, you will need to put the work in yourself, but shes with you every step of the way. I can't wait to see what the next 6 months look like for my physical well being. I've been struggling with hip/back pain…
I've been struggling with hip/back pain for over 14 years. I'm due to have both my hips replaced at the age of 31!
Having previously used Davids foot/ankle programme with phenomenal results. It was a no brainer for me once he released the hip programme. I'm only half way through it and the results have genuinely been life changing. Now I know that's what all these types of reviews say. But I was shutting down as a person, business owner, and partner to my girlfriend due to the daily struggles that my hips where causing me.
As a manual therapist myself I am constantly recommending my clients to check out Davids programme aswell as showing them some of the stuff I've learnt!

I used the hip program. I’s been amazing.. I’m faster than I was 6 weeks ago when I started the program. It’s hard to explain exactly, but I have a fluidity and whip to my stride that wasn’t there before. My hips also feel great generally. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to increase hip strength and mobility.
This Hip Program is worth every penny!
I’ve been following David since 2019, a year after having a THR. I’ve purchased all of his programs and they’ve all been excellent but I have to say the latest Hip Program might be his best!

I've been working with Mimi since…
I've been working with Mimi since September 2024. For several years, I had been dealing with chronic lateral knee pain and hip issues, which greatly affected my ability to compete as a professional squash player. The program has massively helped me move freely and feel confident in my body. The range of motion in my knee and hip has greatly improved, and I feel much smoother on the court. I am now back to fully competing again without any restrictions. I would 100% recommend Mimi to anyone dealing with an injury.

Incredible results
I have been working with Alice remotely to address a chronic hip problem and have seen incredible improvement, not just in that issue but my overall posture and movement ability. She's delivered results that many in-person practitioners have failed to address over a number years, and with seemingly the minimum amount of programming to be effective too. Alice is kind, clear and empathetic to your individual journey, and definitely gets results. I just wish I had discovered working with DGR sooner.
Amazing programs and totally worth the money
All David’s programs are fantastic. I am a dancer with a very complicated chronic injury history, particularly with my ankles, and I am getting amazing results with the foot ankle and Achilles program. I have seen so many physios and clinicians who frankly have been a waste of time and money- conversely David’s programs have been such a great investment and are well worth the money. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone, especially if you have been injured/in pain for years and have lost hope!

David is one of my favorites to learn from. I attended his live workshop last year, and just completed his online hip course. I learn so much from watching how he cues his athletes through drills, in a very concise and effective manner. His techniques get my muscles fired up like never before. Foot and ankle Review. …
Before I started the foot and ankle program I suffered from Achilles pain and peroneal tendonitis. Within a week the pain started to subscribe and now that I am almost done with the program I am a 100% pain free. The program is amazing but humbling at the same time. The other thing that has been so great is David himself, he has personally taking the time to respond to multiple questions. I really can’t thank him enough. I would suggest this program to anyone and will definitely checkout his other programs. Thank you.
I started working with David in summer…
I started working with David in summer 2024. It was low back pain, left knee pain and discomfort in the left hip. As of today, I ran 80 m sprint (came in 3rd out of 6) with absolutely no soreness, and on top of that my back looked elite athletic with curves and everything (I looked like a shrimp before 😁). And cherry on the top - that was after my 2 month break.
I think David is a great coach for his wholesome approach. For my low back pain we went from head to toes on rehab. I now can do 2 pull-ups, 5 push ups, 28 kgs on dumbbell chest press. Not too shabby for 32 year old yoga girl 💅
