Appalling customer Service

Received a gift which was sent out damaged.

Should have been replaced immediately but they insisted on having the item back first. I had to print labels, find boxes and then organise DHL and wait in 3 hours for their collection.

Replacement was sent but DHL could not be bothered delivering to my home instead leaving with an elderly neighbour on a lower floor.

Appalled at the services as is the person who sent the gift (my daughter).

Do not know if just a shop assistant who does not understand customer service or a company culture that distrusts customers. Not high end as suggested rather poor.

Would not recommend as a gift supplier. Will not use again.
