When I changed my mind from the Yacht-Master to the Day-Date 40, Chris quickly confirmed all the details, including that the new watch had all its original links. Even when the first Day-Date I wanted sold right after I purchased, David and Krista quickly addressed it and made up for the mix-up.

When I ran into a snag with the PayPal payment link, Chris immediately looked into it and arranged for a direct PayPal invoice from David to ensure the transaction went through.
