repetitive - 'i will get back to you'

I have been trying to get a quote and order the industrial cladding and roofing from Davies Bros* since September 14th - it is now the 29th of October and i have been forced to go somewhere else as ' i will get back to you' constantly is all i get...
we have tried our hardest to keep all our resources local in these hard times yet this company appears to not want business nor our money...
i just Dont understand the behaviour?
Terrible customer communication...
i even got the B&M STEEL company to ask them for my quote and delivery as they get their fabrications from Davies Bros*... they got the same reply....
' i will get back to you '
