They absolutely stole my money.

First of all, the products I received were absolutely cheap in quality, terrible in cut, and even completely off in sizing.
To return I did pay the rediculous amount for the shipping because I was so unhappy with every single piece that I at least wanted to get some left over money back instead of keeping this trash.
I got no money back and my E-Mails were never answered again.
Absolute scam. Owner should be ashamed of himself just as their mother should be.

I have purchased 2 packages, after 1 months I didn't receive my orders, I Emailed them many times, they are not serious…in the end, I paid 300€ they robbed me. It’s the last time I order something from internet.

Can only agree with the below- i should have checked here first. It states "hand-made in Italy", but the products are coming from China. Extremely disappointing, as that is not stated anywhere. I should have been more aware ☹️

Absolutly cheap junk. They lure you into ordering stuff with enhanced pictures.

When you complain about the size/ quality or any defects, they still say that you’re responsible for the return costs. ( between €25 a €50 euro’s)

I’m glad I’ve paid with Klarna. ( kind of afterpay) They gonna fix te problem for me.

I am writing this because of my frustration over the completely unprofessional handling of my order and the disgraceful way you treat customers.

My order took an absurd amount of time to arrive without any clear information about the delivery. When I finally received a response, it was evasive and aimed at delaying instead of offering real help. To my astonishment, you even managed to respond with an email containing an image generated by My AI—this is truly bizarre and insulting for a customer simply seeking clarity.

And now, I also have to pay 26 euros for return costs. It is totally unacceptable that, after this worthless experience, I also have to bear the financial consequences of a return shipment.

This entire process is a disgrace, and I will never buy from you again. I expect an immediate response and a full refund of my costs.

Bad quality products. Returning zonchina ist problematic and expensive, you have to pay.

Site is a scam, i have ordered two pair shoes and after waiting for a monthi tried to cancel the order but then a recived an email from Davinci team that the order has been sent , after i recived the order i found that the qaulity is not even a F really poor material also the shoes soze is really small, so i sent an email to sent it back i recived an email that its not possible because i registered in Klarna the return , and if i want to send the shoes back i have to sent them images of the shoes and cancel the return in Klarna so a 100% scam and unfortunately most of the reviews in google are fake about this website.

Do not buy of this website.
The service is very bad at delivery.
My packet was out of window it was on the front of my window where everyone can steal it almost.
Now i still waiting for my 2 others packet that still need to come.
So i'm not gonna order here no more , the delivery date takes way to long as a costumers.

Please buy somewhere else if you wanna wear classy clothes with higher price but better brand.

Total scam. I got send my products all are from china. That is not mentioned anywhere. Their is a bad return policy, you can only return if YOU pay the fee for transportation which are in their eyes 50 euros. My products came damaged in so I wanted my money back we arranged via mail that I would get 50 euros back (150 original price) and keep the products. It’s already 4 weeks later and I still don’t have my money….

Cheap products, not the same items as listed on the website, took a very long time to deliver. Shoes came in without a shoebox and therefore crusted from the weight of other heavier items on top. All in all, the price-performance ratio is not at all good. You're better off walking in to your local h&m store and buying the same cheap crap there.

Same problem as everbody else. I ordered stuff that looked good online. As it arrived, the quality was poor and didn't fit at all. Retour of the package is pure chaos and not worth at all (around 50€). Support was bad, barely answered to my requests.
