Slow
I understand how difficult it can be to open an international office (since I am attempting that now), but it has taken an extraordinarily lengthy time to establish an office through Davinci. I could have traveled there and opened it much easier than the email/phone call method I have been going through. There is no urgency in completing the setup... other than the urgency to decide what mail service I need (I don't need mail service).

Delays and poor contact
Constantly following up. The initial representative wasn't well informed, seemed as script reading, but very limited knowledge about the office site. Rep responsible for setup was did not communicate with me when things were delayed. I was very unsatisfied with service and upset that I signed contract for 6 months. Hopefully the onsite office is better than service provided in beginning stages of setup.
Update: The manager reached out and apologized for the experience. Also followed up to show the importance of their clients.

This is a SCAM!
This is a SCAM! Davinci does not have any rights to the addresses that they are selling. They scrape the internet for other legitimate virtual office listings and then charge you for it without actually providing any services. As a result, your mail will not be forwarded in a timely manner and will likely be sent back. If you need an actual virtual office/address, then search legitimate brokerage sites like Crexi or Loopnet and contact the centers directly.
