They not delivered my medicine on time since more then 3 months, after cancellation of my order they not returning the amount of 8551PKR. REF (CON-600420-0019)

Kindly do not Order from Dawaai.PK, there customer service is hell.

Waste of time.

I respectfully request that the Consumer Protection Courts take immediate action against dwaii.com for:

Gross negligence in handling an order for life-saving medication.
Misleading and irresponsible customer service, which resulted in undue delay and false promises.
Canceling the order at the last minute without any justification, putting my health at risk.

I wish i could rate them ZERO. They will not answer your call and your order? Forget about it. You will likely never recieve your order in this life. Pathetic TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont get back to your emails dont recieve calls. Literally waited for whole month

Don't ever pay them in advance you will never receive your order or refund, they will not pick your calls and bank will not file a dispute because your transection involve OTP, the only way you will have is to file a complaint in consumer court

Ordered on 3rd September 2024, paid in advance via bank transfer. There is no order tracking and medicines are not received. In 2024, they don't even have a whatsapp support helpline. Wasted balance calling helpline that no one picks up. Pathetic experience. Highly unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered on dawaai.pk dated 28 may 2024.
Despite waiting for a week, my order wasn't processed. I requested cancellation on June 4, 2024. The customer representative assured a refund within 15 days. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the refund amount was repeatedly promised within 3-5 days but never received.

No refund received despite numerous promises and I have experienced frustrating customer service including unattended calls and disconnections after long waits. It has three month since my cancellation the order.
I request your urgent intervention to resolve this issue and obtain my refund. Please assist me in recovering my amount of PKR 5,389.

Very bad service.
1. Mistakenly I paid before receiving order.
2. They accepted my offer and then didnt sent me package on given time of working days.
3. After 10 working days I asked them to cancel the order and refund me.
4. Now its 27 days and always they are saying give us two more days. Your refund is in process, their policy to refund is 15 days. Never ever try to use their service.
It was my first and last mistake to order Dawai.pk

For last 2 weeks l have been trying to place order on this company,they accept the order on cash but on card discounts they are not accepting saying this system is under repair,their helpline makes you wait for 5 minutes ,l wanted to talk to their senior who did not bother to come on line.In SHORT THIS IS A BAD COMPANY OF NON PROFESSIONALS.
Everyone is suggested not get into their trap.

Dawaai is a total scammed website. I regret to pay via debit card. They never respond to calls, emails and messages. Total fraud and scam. DON’T USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Dawaii.pk is a famous online pharmacy in Pakistan.They claim to deliver medicine ordered online.They accept online payment through debit card.Once they receive amount,then they don't deliver medicine to customers.
Thousands of customers have been looted by them.
Same happened with me.Online payment has been done but they're not delivering medicine nor they are allowing access to cancel and get refund.They also not respond to complains and messages.
Report them to FIA Cyber Crime on Pakistan citizens portal.

This company dawaai.pk is completely a fraudulent and scam for a long time.. i placed my order worth 12833 on 19th feb 2024 but till today neither i have received my order nor i got my refund. It was prepaid order through my HBL debit card unfortunately. I called them many times they don't pick calls and it is automatically dropped after a long hold. They have disappeared and please every one report this scam to FIA and also contact your respective banks for reversal of your payments. Don't place any Order at this website.

I ordered 10k+ worth medicine via credit card. Wrost experience i regret paying them in advance. Worst service ever. Promotion codes are fake don't work so that's a lie They dont take phone calls nor do they call you back tied three times to reachout in morning qnd afternoon and evening wait 20-30 minutes and then calls dropped. Absolutely hate them

I ordered a medicine which was not available on other pharmacists yet it was showing as available on this fraud website, I paid through my card an amount of 1966 on 17/04/24 and the order was confirmed, I also uploaded the prescription.
After 5 days I tried to reach them through helpline but no response. I also emailed them on 24/04/24 and the same no reply.
I sent them Legal Notice on 11/05/24 at their Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi addresses but Karachi and Rawalpindi mail returned for the reason of "address change".
The above mentioned confirms that it is a Fraud company/website/app and people must avoid paying them in any manner and the banks must unlink their card services to save people from this loss.
I am thinking about publication in newspapers also but would like to seek your opinion on this.

Its a Fraud..plz no one buy from here ...the helpline number is fake and i lost nearly 6476 Rupees paying debit card and i regret as i haven't received it yet and also they don't respond!

I have ordered on dawaai.pk via debit card prepayment on 18-04-2024 and its been two weeks and they had not yet delivered the order. I am daily calling at their helpline (021) 111 329 224 and email but not a single response has been received yet.

They are doing financial fraud and cybercrime.pk should take strong action against them and refund the amounts of affected peoples.

Ma ne kai bar dawai se order kiya ha cancel b huey or recieve b hue but kuch months se order purey nahi ho pa rahe they . Cancel ker k refund ker diya after 10 days. Lekin ab 3500 ka order kiya ha 9 days ma order status confirmed aa raha ha. Koi call attend nahi kertey or customer service k numainde se mutmain ha ya nahi wo rate ker dain. Pata nahi ye fraud kyu ban gaey hain hala k kafi order delivered b huey hain. Ya pahle aitbar bana ker ab loot rahe hain. Ma ne apne bank ki help line per baat ki ha wo keh rahe hain k aap ki amount reverse kerwa di jaey gi. Hope for better. Apne bank se rabta kerain wo apni policy k mutaliq aap ki raqam wapis kerwain gay.

I placed order worth 2700 rupees and paid by credit card, i got email with order number and expected arrival in 5 days, its over 3 weeks... no luck.
Emailed them- no reply, phone not reachabel!
I wonder so many victims of fraud, why not we join together to file official complaint against these fraudulent people, i suppose

Absolutely fraud....3 months has been past since I place prepaid order....neither they sent the shipment nor they are initiating refunds ...made 100s of call and email...not a single response....DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order from them...especially prepaid.....u will regret it
