We live in Berlin and ordered 3 times with Dawayo. On top of missing products, they failed to deliver to our adresse 3 times in a row despite paying premium for fast shipments. They dropped our 6 kg package at a remote pickup point with delay, the goods were not frozen anymore. Terrible customer experience, no compensation. We are done with dawayo.
They have products that I cannot get anywhere else. They shipped it quickly to the Netherlands. Customer service responded quickly to my questions. I can only recommend this store!
Good range of products and fast shipping, but unresponsive customer service. I had missing items in my order and also received goods that were expired. I have emailed twice and after days, still no response.
Super fast delivery. They even included the thermal bag and ice pack inside, free shipping with order over 50€. Mostly whatever I want to buy which I couldn't buy in other websites, they will have them here. They even sell some limited time items like Suntory Horoyoi. The shop built on WordPress and not tuned well. e.g., messy category; mis-click on evil "buy now" button will purge your cart history; weird membership level module which you never know what level you are; bad VPS performance taking more than 10 to load a page...
