day1x decided to restrict all accounts for people over 60,. what bullshit.. i have demanded access to my account so i can at least withdraw to my bank. in my email complaints... i am told thrir decision was not made litely and for my protection it will remain restricted. I CANNOT GET TO MY FUNDS ON THIS EXCHANGE,,, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. I AM FULLY VERIFIED WITH THIS EXCHANGE ALSO

Access denied

As much as i love your CFD broker, am disappointed that I keep getting denied access when I want to signup for day1x from my fusion market account, am from nigeria btw

Communication was good through phone

Communication was good through phone calls and emails,Josh was great in helping me setting up my account very informative on the market, crypto and what Crypto is all about. I'm new to this and know that this is a new company I sense the passion and confidence that shows with Josh's knowledge of the company when speaking to me. Again very informative. I'm yet to withdraw any funds atm but feel confident that this will happen and hopefully il have no troubles. Let's see what happens,

lost my funds due to some error use…

lost my funds due to some error use concluded cause unauthorised payment made from my account had been processed cause no one was able to fix the problem due to day1x support does not work weekends. then my account was suspended so it is a total shit show

Your account was automatically blocked after we detected multiple IP logins - a standard security measure to prevent unauthorized access and protect your funds. While we do operate support 7 days a week, certain investigations require more time, especially when risk flags are involved.

On March 27th, our team explained that due to the high-risk nature of the activity and the lack of clear explanation, we couldn’t safely re-enable the account. We know that’s disappointing, but protecting our users (including you) has to come first.

If you're able to share more context around the transactions or access history, we’re absolutely open to reviewing the case again.

It takes a long time to respond to…

It takes a long time to respond to phone calls.
And I'm not happy that there's no
BANK TRANSFER OPTION
as my two Bank accounts Policy is not to use Card transaction for Deposits to a Crypto platform.
They might allow a Bank Transfer transaction.
As I initially was allowed to do 2 Bank transfer transactions to Day1x.
And one Card Deposit for $800.
But now I'm stuck with noway of Depositing cash to do any type of trading.

Was unable to withdraw my money

Was unable to withdraw my money. Came up with error message. Had to get customer support to manually withdraw money from their end. Also cannot unslect favorites. The platform is not ready for use yet. If you fix these simple features I will use in future but until then I can't.

Withdrawals not being processed

Deposited USDT into my account to exchange into AUD, exchanged it, and submitted the withdrawal. I have been waiting 10 days so far with ZERO deposit into my bank. Contacted support multiple times regarding the issue and they give me the same answer everytime "this withdrawal has been sent to the relevant department for processing". Avoid this exchange.
