Disgraceful customer service. They don't even have the decency to respond to emails. Nearly a month and 5 emails without response about my cradle motor which stopped working. For a Danish company this is shocking! Worst part about it is that they dragging an honest African company down with them. They are misusing Ghana's cheap labour to sell defunct merchandise at extremely high fees. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Their parcel management and support needs to work better. Had to contact support to ask for an update regarding an order, since it was taking around 3 days to ship the parcel. When I contacted support, the parcel changed to "shipped" and they didn't say anything.
Seems like someone forgot to do something to ship the parcel
