As always an excellent product,delivered efficiently!

We love this place but today was really disappointing. We sat in the Old Spot restaurant for a pizza. We were seated near the loos door. Will a manager please go and hear how loud the door is when it shuts. Every few seconds it slams shut. Totally ruined our experience and those around us. Food though was fabulous as always

I love Daylesford and its products .
I particularly like visiting the shop in the Cotswolds and enjoying lunch there.
I have bought China as a gift for my grandson and his partner who have recently bought a house not far away. They love the design and are thrilled to add to their collection.
Ordering online was quick and easy and delivery prompt and efficient.
Best of all it was summer sale time so I got a genuine bargain and am delighted!!

As always the food and products are excellent, and the packaging thoughtfully considerate for the environment. I would have liked to have the choice of the lavender laundry products instead of only the new scent.

Delivered on time. Packaging really good. Cups are excellent. We’d seen them at the Farm Shop so seeing them in the sale was a no brainier. Very pleased.

We visited the farm shop when we were on holiday in the Cotswold's in July . Very impressed with the produce. All local produce. Bought some honey and biscuits. I enjoyed them so much I looked to see if they sold on line and they do so I ordered some more biscuits. I would recommend a visit or to look on line.
Prices are a bit high but it’s organic and local produce

Whilst I am pleased with the sale products, unfortunately this enormous box was left outside our gate in full view of passers by. DPD did not ring the bell to alert us or request access inspite of us being at home at the time of the delivery.
For the 2 salad bowls, some secateurs and flat packed wine bottle bags, the size of the box and irritating packaging which makes an enormous mess, puts me off ordering from Daylesford again.
It requires me going to the tip which in our area is a day out because of the queues!
Perhaps economise on size if one is trying to be ‘sustainable’!

Very good service. The salmon was beautiful and the best I've had in a long time.
It could be regarded as expensive but the quality and taste is well worth the expense. I just favoured the slices over the sashimi style but thoroughly recommend both.

One of the worst transactions ever! Had an issue with a product smelling unusually and contacted customer services. Not sure that they even believed me and I had to insist they acted. The items were returned and a refund finally processed but the escalated complaint went unresolved for over a month. Still waiting!

Having been a regular customer since its inception nearly twenty five years ago I rate Daylesford as one of my top five for quality, ethics and presentation. I love everything about it, and always will.

I’ve been using Daylesford Organic for a while now and I find the staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. Ordering from here is easy with lots of choices and competitive pricing. They also provide a fast delivery service which is always a bonus.

Love the shops, love the website and online delivery allows me to enjoy the products from a distance. Easy ordering and quick delivery.

Had a full English breakfast here this morning. Very disappointing. Bacon had obviously been cooked and kept warm so it was chewy. The sausage (yes one) was tasteless, the eggs were not cooked and for a better word, floppy. A slice of bread cut in half - no butter offered so it was dry. One mushroom that had been kept warm and a tomato which was, well, I would put money on it that it was not from Daylesford - too big and not cooked.
Come on Daylesford you can do much better than this!

I booked a cookery day and the team we’re responsive very promptly in helping me with my questions.

Well I love Daylesford or I used to ! I don't mind the expensive prices , you just simply get no service to reflect the price .
We had a bowl of soup which was lovely ruined by a very sticky table ! Onto the barn at the back with furniture upstairs , someone had had a tray of drinks up there and it was covered with flies ( yuk )
Where are the managers ? Into the food hall wanted to buy a bottle of Daylesford Gin, it wasn't in the the usual place but I knew I'd seen it somewhere in a display .
I asked one member of staff and was told she worked on the home section and was told to ask in the Deli , they didn't know either . Went to the till they didn't know , so I put down my basket and hunted myself till I found it ironically 2ft from the home section !!! It's not a huge store either !
