All of our draws are completely random, so outcomes do come down to luck, but we understand it can feel disappointing, especially if you’ve been playing for a while. It’s quite uncommon to have no wins at all if you’ve been playing for a while.

Sorry you haven’t had the win you were hoping for yet. While we can’t promise wins every time, each draw is a fresh chance, and sometimes it’s the little wins that make it fun.

You don’t have to pick free premium entries with your treat wins. You can convert them into DAYMADE tokens or even plant trees!

Tokens also give you more chances to win in Token Town, including Instant Draws and the Pound Raffle, all with guaranteed winners, or you can save them to redeem for other cool prizes.

Having fun is what matters most, so if it’s not feeling right, you can easily cancel at any time through your account.
