I am very disappointed regarding my dog’s appointment the other day.
I had a family emergency and had to fly abroad on the day of the appointment, I never had in my mind nothing else than reaching home as soon as possible, I know that I haven’t cancel the appointment but it wasn’t intentional, I’m a regular customer from the last 3 years and never been even 5 minutes late, sometimes maybe I had to wait for you but that’s okay.
The person who contacted me on the day was very rude, I was explaining my situation that it’s not an easy one, and he was telling me off that I had to cancel the appointment. We are all human beings and sometimes things happen unexpected, let’s try to be better!
You guys are losing customers because of poor communication and you became too expensive. Every single time I had appointment the price was increased without letting me know before ! Thank you anyway!
