Been using daysoft for 20 years. They have "updated" their Web site and can no longer access my account so need to find a new supplier.

Best deal on the market!! Been ordering from daysoft for 6/7 years now. It’s great how portable they are, economical and ecological. Always highly recommended. Never had issues or a single complaint.

Once again I have ordered my Daysoft silk which I mainly use for holidays, for their convenience and price.
Using the site is easy, and delivery really fast. Good customer care too. A great alternative to normal daily lenses.

Amazing company. Been using for past 10 years. Amazing customer service. Very quick to reply and send order when I needed next day delivery but didn’t select on check out. 100% would recommend.

Aweful! They advertise themselves as replacements to well known brands, but fall way short on quality, seriously uncomfortable lenses and not worth the cheap price as quality is to match.

Crappy quality frankly, a lot of them were damaged round the edges. The lenses are also VERY VERY brittle had to go through 8 of them because none of them would stay in my eye, just kept falling out again and again. Once I got them in both eyes after going through 10 of them (10 wasted), on top of that they weren’t even comfortable! They were also blurry and I’ll definitely not be ordering from here again, it was ridiculous. Fair enough it’s cheap but you can’t expect much.

I have been using these lenses for about 10 years and never had any problems with the lenses or customer services. I find the lenses comfortable and easy to wear and I wear them every day. I definitely plan to keep on using them.

I’ve used daysoft for 8 years however they raised prices but the quality of lenses hasn’t improved, they’ve started really drying my eyes out and putting strain in my eyes also the website has become complicated with codes etc I’ve changed to more comfortable lenses for a better price.

Bought these after seeing the tube ads. I only wore them once and next day I have bloodshot eyes and a sore head. Plus, I found them easy to slip out of my heads, I dropped 3 trying to get 2 in and I’m usually very good at doing this.

Cheap packaging that rips unwanted contacts open if not careful.

I tried to cancel next lot of lenses as they are so uncomfortable in my eyes & that's if they stay in as most of time they just fall out on there own .Yet harder than I thought to cancel so left with 50 of each eye in contact lenses.

I give 2 stars because the delivery service was free and fast and the price is cheap. However you do get what you pay for and when it comes to your eyes it is worth paying a few £ more. I found these lenses to be pretty uncomfortable and dry out very fast. A few also were delivered torn. I normally get the Comfi range from FeelGoodContacts which are just as cheap but a lot more better and comfortable, so I will be returning to them. I found the Day Soft lenses poor quality and the packaging is awful. It’s very easy to pull the top off more than one lens. Poor design and just feels cheap compared to other brands where you can split the lens’ into singles. Overall I’ll go back to my usual Comfi ones which might cost a £1 more or something but worth it. If you want cheap but poor quality lenses then try these but with your eyes you should pay a tiny bit more. Eyes have been drey as hell since using them and they’re also harder to put it. I’ve been wearing lenses for years and can normally put them in without a problem, but these ones just seem more difficult to do so. The lenses are dryer and also bigger. Would not recommend.

EDIT: I have updated my review to 3 stars due to the customer service I have received from Daysoft. They responded to my email quickly and arranged a full refund no hassle. So whilst I did not like the product, the service was great.

I have tried these contacts for the first time after reading some mixed reviews I didn’t know what to think. They are easy to put in, and are affordable however i have noticed my eyes are extremely dry since wearing. I have also had 3 ripped contacts so far instantly when taken out the packet, and I am only half way through the cycle. I think I will be cancelling my next batch

I Have been using Daysoft Lenses for many years. The company and personnel are professional, helpful and efficient. The Lenses are good quality and very inexpensive, delivery is fast. I Would recommend Daysoft 100%.

Excellent customer service and delivery. Royal Mail didn't deliver the lenses as expected and DS resolved the situation quickly and effectively. They arranged for the set in transit to be returned to them and a replacement to be delivered by DPD express. Very grateful.
