From the initial contact in September for a quote we were updated regularly on the progress of the order until delivery in the middle of January. Very approachable staff, Kelsey in particular. The promotional deal was excellent value and allowed us to easily switch to an ev. I would definitely recommend them.

Recently ordered and received my car through Days Leasing. Owyn was super helpful at enquiry and quote stage and Kelsey the same throughout the ordering process. Took 3 weeks from start of order to receiving my vehicle, all very smooth and happy with my car.

Leasing a car was simple, efficient and cost effective. The staff, especially Owyn and Kelsey, were polite, patient and extremely helpful.

Kelsey was so helpful with answering all of my questions (and I had a lot!). I dealt with Owyn initially who was really quick with responses and then Kelsey dealt with the lease agreement and delivery. They were both really helpful. I am really happy with my vehicle, it is just what I wanted, for a great price and they helped put my mind at ease.

Anthony & Kelsey were absolutely brilliant. After I had a disappointing experience and ended up with no car. They both really helped and got the best deal they could find and quick. Thank you so much.

I would highly recommend Days Leasing to friends, family and work colleagues. My contact Lewis Aubrey was super efficient with responses and processing my car order. I was looking for a PHEV vehicle to lower BIK values and meet my expectation with regards to build quality, comfort, features and drivability. Albeit, the first car choice was slow with delivery dates, this proved to work in my favor. Lewis came up with alternative car option (actually better than the first choice) which I didn't think was in budget.
I ended up with an SUV PHEV which ticks all the boxes in terms of features, looks and performance.

I contacted Owyn at Days leasing to inquire about a lease car. He was helpful and informative throughout the process.
He found several cars within my budget always answering my questions about any given vehicle.
He was always polite and never tried to pressure me into any particular car.

Day leasing have been a fantastic company to deal with. Kelsey and Owyn have provided amazing support. To be honest I have been a difficult customer and made a few changes in different occasions but they accommodated everything without any fuss and provided me with a great customer journey. There prices are competitive and they really go the extra mile to get the job done. I always leave the phone call feeling reassured and a smile. I was hesitant due to day leasing having fewer reviews compared to larger companies but once you speak to the team you will understand there are there for their customers. I got a delivery date very speedily and I also made a significant last minute change to the contract but they have still honoured the same delivery so they do their very best to ensure I am not affected in any way. Amazing company and staff

Great experience with Day's leasing, in particular Lewis and Kelsey. Lewis was kind enough to call me to offer me the deal I had previously missed out on weeks earlier and then it was a smooth, simple process with both to get all paperwork authorised and the vehicle delivered.

Hoping for the same in 2 years on my next lease deal.

Can't fault the service I got from days leasing. Owyn was fantastic. He made the whole process completely seamless. This is the first lease I've had and I will definitely get another after this one. Owyn will be the first person I contact 6 months prior to my lease end date. My review dosent really do him any justice.
