The service was on time, The Buss was nice, But the last 3 pairs of people could not seat together and therefore the experience was not so good as it cuold be.

There wasn't any lates in our pick up, and the experiences were awsome. The crew was attencious and understand portuguese, it was a diferential, because we don't speak spanish.

Excellent trip from Puerto Madryn to Peninsula Valdez to see wildlife.
We saw guanacos, sea lions, elephant seals, Mara, armadillo, penguins, and many other birds.
The driver/ guide did a great job for the small group (3).
The only downside was bumping along the gravel roads all day, but that is the way the roads are!

When I disembarked I expected to see a van with Daytours4u, being on sea I had no way to get emails. After finally someone directed to the appropriate van that had a different name I saw your email saying won't wait for us.

Luchy was a fantastic host and was so helpful in helping us navigate everything on both sides of the falls with 2 kids! The boat ride was also amazing :)

We felt this 4X4 tour was worth the money. We had a nice tour with a very nice, knowledgeable guide followed by a delicious dinner in their restaurant.

I was really delighted and impressed by the devotion of this team. During the preparation of my trip to Brasil, I've got prompt responses and very close and smooth communication at anytime. And when I was there , Mariana helped me to find alternative solution with direct whatsapp comm and It was really great and helpful. Not great value for money - I was forgotten even though I spoke to the bus driver on his first round pickup. Had to ring them. This made bus late so we missed great am photo op when sun is shining on glacier. There were no other photo ops on way back. Only good bit was boat trip to glacier.

They provided pour information about the meeting location nether contact nember they gave me worked then when I ended up missing the tour refused to give me a refund saying I failed to show up pluse they charge 3 times the price that it would have cost me just too buy the tour at the park.
Will never use the tour agency again and would not recommend them.

I advise you to book direct through the main organization, its about 2/3 of the price. The organization running my tour had availability, but could not confirm immediately. This DayTour4You service allows you immediate confirmation, but it's essentially only confirmation that you will get your money back if the main organization does not have room for you (as the main organization assess their requests each day before confirming any, even if made through DayTours4You). The customer service at DayTours4You are friendly and responsive, but could not refund the extra almost 80 USD I paid for the "immediate confirmation" they gave me.

Our quite macaranas was excellent. The tour was very good and we felt we saw a lot in one day.

We arrived in Ushuaia and proceeded to Extra Cafe, called the heli operator and the taxi arrived promptly. The helicopter excursion with pilot Nico was all that we expected. A wonderful experience.

Very disappointed that the guide did not give more information about the local flora and fauna, history of the Trens a los Nubes or the landscape. Have subsequently been on another tour with a different company who were far superior. For the amount of money we paid, the tour did not give value for money.
